Hi Klon. These delays are consistent with one Lindell Bonney. Hope i am wrong. It is time, or almost time for me to move along with life. This can become consuming. We are starting to see Treffry with doubt as well. Does this mean it's not real? No, it's the way i am feeling right now, subject to change. I might need a dose of optimism right now, probably knee jerk on my part..... Help! LOL beats silence...in particular for those with their glass half full: " I still believe that will be in the near future; the most recent schedule, based on communication I received, was that it should have been finished by August 13; somehow at the very last moment, the bank was not available [?] to conclude the necessary transfers. This newest problem, I’m told, is being dealt with this weekend."CHEERS! klon, and my bank opens tomorrow

• If necessary [which I still believe not] we will file an amended complaint specifying in more detail exactly how the individual Commissioners caused harm of Constitutional dimension to the CMKX shareholders. ...it can’t help when the core problem is the White House. I believe that the SEC is anxious for this to be over; however, it is not the SEC that holding things up, IMO. I do believe that media exposure is beneficial in the sense that it keeps the pressure on the entire financial community. Fifth – By what date will we have Economic Receipt, you ask. We will have it when this initial battle phase comes to a successful conclusion. I still believe that will be in the near future; the most recent schedule, based on communication I received, was that it should have been finished by August 13; somehow at the very last moment, the bank was not available [?] to conclude the necessary transfers. This newest problem, I’m told, is being dealt with this weekend. i want to specifically address the above three parts of the update: first of all, hodges still claims that he believes that filing an amended complaint will not be necessary. he has until september 16th to do so. he made no mention of actually working on it...just that they will if necessary. i hope to god he isn't waiting (like the rest of us) for all of these deadlines to come and go without diligently working on the amendment. because if he is doing that, and september 16th comes and he hasn't substantially amended the complaint and included facts to back it up, then it's over anyway. 2nd, hodges says the core problem is with the white house. funny, the obamas are on vacation this week. doesn't sound like the white house is the least bit worried about this so-called $42 trillion shift in monetary control. 3rd, the next deadline (which will undoubtedly come and go) is this weekend for the latest "problem" to be resolved. again i point to the amended complaint. hodges is hopefully diligently preparing the amended complaint and not waiting around for supposed "problems" to be solved. the way i see it, if this stuff is actually true and history is any indicator, this is just going to get delayed, delayed, and delayed some more. each deadline will come and go, and if hodges doesn't prepare for september 16th, it's over anyway. i'm tired of this, as pretty much everyone is. and this update is so similar to the last one (months ago?) that i don't see what tangible progress has occurred. it's still we're almost there and many deadlines have come and gone because of "problems" and the white house holding this up. hibernation time again, i guess.

Granted, we did receive the much demanded update; however, it was disappointing to say the least. While it does give us tomorrow to look forward to, come tomorrow evening with no positive outcome and once again I will want an explanation. The only fact we have is that Al's source of information is wrong time and time again!!

The only fact we have is that Al's source of information is wrong time and time again!! Briwadd ...because, IMO, the source was placed there to feed him misinformation.

Just a thought... But, I am guessing the amended complaint has been completed for some time.
Hodges knew very well that he did not have the necessary evidence in his initial complaint.
No Worries.

the whole "bank was not available" (obviously what "they" are telling Al) is "odd" (unbelievable) - most likely, imo, why AL added the "[?]"... cause I bet he doesn't believe it either.
Sooooooo, who is the person/people who have communicated this to Al?
Also, if the bank is "trying" to CONCLUDE the transfers, wouldn't that mean that the trustee has permission (ER) already, or is ER now when the money has been transferred?
Which brings another question: I thought the money was transferred to the bank/trustee back in April - why is it being transferred again?
Well, if we don't get "ER" tomorrow, imo, someone is playing Al/us ... I hope he is ready to get down and dirty and name names.

IMO: He is telling us that he is not obligated to give update to ALL SH except for seven plaintiff. In other words none of us deserves any update and when you ask for one that's what you get "The repetition" of previous.
I for one not complaining. It is going to happen when it is suppose to happen. Good luck to all of us.

This appears to be going no where fast!! Briwadd

You are right, they are not getting the true picture either. In reality this law suit is AL's law suit, he just needed names. woc/d4me

Much appreciated, Attorney Hodges.
There are some of us who realize that the obstacles are changing daily and that you are overcoming them one at a time. It makes sense to those of us who do understand this that you cannot reveal intricate details of those obstacles going on behind the scenes that may jeopardize your ongoing negotiations and this historic federal case.
Some of us recognize that it is reasonable to expect delays and resistance under the enormity of the circumstances. Some of us wish to stand united behind your efforts and struggle to maintain patience until the entire picture is revealed to us.
We are the ones who blame only the corrupt individuals who stole from the American and Canadian people. We appreciate the opportunity to benefit from your expertise that we have been fortunate enough to receive without ever having paid you one dime for this privilege.
We are the ones who find it ludicrous to think we could ever accomplish on our own what you have the ability to accomplish through years of experience, details of this case, and knowledge of the law. We recognize that much of the evidence is now legally and conveniently withheld and hidden from the public due to a certain clause in the reform bill and other cover-up tactics going on behind the scenes.
We have confidence that you have collected this evidence years prior to this ongoing cover-up and we have confidence in your ability to prevail. But whatever the outcome and unexpected challenges that may come your way, your efforts will always remain appreciated by many.
We wish to stand united behind you and not divided against one another. We stand by ready to join forces and apply pressure if necessary but only under your advisement based on your expertise and inside knowledge of when the timing would be most beneficial for the desired outcome.
I speak only for those who feel the same way. Thank you so much.

Here is were my doubt comes in. Please, someone answer this question.
If the White House is supposedly holding this up, why wouldn't key Republican minority leaders be on Meet the Press, Face the Nation, etc, telling the media that Obama and his adminstration are holding up trillions that can help the US and the rest of the world grow their economies? I'm looking for at least one plausible explanation.
Thanks, Davesaint
