One more thought: One person (that we know of) has already (presumably) lost his life trying to help us, stop corruption and right the wrongs in the world economy. Obviously, there is much at stake, even if we can't make sense out of the numbers.
What better reason do we need to respect the request of Attorney Hodges and keep a low profile until told otherwise for the safety of others? We don't want there to be more. IMHO.

I am grateful that there are people working on this on our behalf. That said, I think like the majority, that dates will come and go and nothing will happen except more future dates. It is unfortunate that it has come to that but so many predictions and so many let downs. Who knows if the White House is the holdup? Who knows if anyone even believes such a crazy tale when told? But I do know that the people in power have been scamming money from this world in many twisted ways for many years. I am positive that if they know, and if there are ways for ER to be stopped, they will do all in their power to see it is. Also, good point about Obama, maybe he is for the release of the money and something is being held over his head. There are so many ifs, ands, or buts that we don't have time.

IMO: Someone is and has been lying to Al. We will see tomorrow I guess. Fortunately, Al has the option to file the amended complaint as leverage, and we at least know that if we aren't paid by mid September that Al will most likely file. I'd say file it Tuesday if it's ready... these crooks don't appear to be budging. Well, if our money is tied to the World Global Settlements (if those even exist), I think it is safe to assume that Al's contact is Lindell Bonney, the paymaster for Cottrell's settlement. It is disturbing that (according to Treffrey) Al doesn't even know who our trustee is.. Briwadd There are quite a few disturbing issues, but that is one of them.

Deb and others, i believe that we are all not crying...what I was trying to say is please either give us good dates or no dates. I think the majority of us are grateful, it is this missed dates and the hope that it is close. I understand this is HUGE but please no dates or good dates.. does this make sense?

It makes all the sense in the world. The only problem is that the shareholders have no patience. The idea of being filthy rich has got them demanding results, now! Once they realize that no matter how much complaining they do, it will not effect the outcome, they may back off and get some sleep until the day we have all been waiting for. We will see.

Attorney Hodges is fighting the greatest battle in his career for the greatest outcome for the greatest Shareholders in the history of the entire stock market, worldwide. Attorney Hodges strategies and actions are carefully planned and executed to ensure the Shareholders will prevail and not those who have fought the transfer of wealth by every possible means, legal and illegal. Attorney Hodges's update explained in detail what has transpired and that the funds should have been transferred August 13, 2010 for the Shareholders, but there was a problem, which is being dealt with this weekend. We are at the last minutes of the final hour in receiving the funds. Deb…Thank you for your mature responses...very much appreciated. The posters who responded with arrogant, derogatory, and unappreciative statements, who take sport in chastising and belittling those who are making a strong commitment and actively getting the funds released…please accept our apologies for interfering with your situation. The Shareholders will Prevail….Thank you Attorney Hodges….you are greatly appreciated by many of the Shareholders. What good does it do to bail at this point? Can you imagine starting over and going through all of this again?

Thank you, BHollenegg Bob, there was a point time where the words of you or the other plantiffs were uplifting and encouraging. However, I have come to understand that although you are a plantiff to the suit, you know nothing more than I do. I personally believe that Hodges info comes directly from Bonney. I also know for a fact that Bonney has been sued in the past for promising imminent release of funds to no avail. I am actually somewhat embarassed that I have been taken for another ride with this investment. I guess we see what tomorrow brings. Briwadd

And beer, do not forget the beer...
Friar Tuck: This is grain, which any fool can eat, but for which the Lord intended a more divine means of consumption. Let us give praise to our maker and glory to his bounty by learning about... BEER.
