Just because we're hearing it today, doesn't mean that Hodges just thought of it for the first time. I'm quite sure he didn't just start dreaming up contingency plans last night. We agree here, Ed. And that was essentially the point of my post. Especially if Al files (and I've anticipated he would from Day 1), it makes suspect all of those people who've been telling us for 45 days that Al had no intention of re-filing. Who in their right-thinking mind would give these people a second thought?

At this point.. everyones credibility is out the window (gurus).. but if AH files ER tomorrow.. it wont really matter then will it..

Even though I would love to say goodbye to everyone on this board and start spending some money I think we have plenty more time with each other..I don't think we will know anything this week easy

has anyone called the TA and asked if they are preparing for $3.87T??? I am sure they have a lot of work on their plate if this is true.

ALLEN TREFFREY CONTD very_tired15: AH can dismiss a=fter he is 100% sure we all have access very_tired15: REmember, it is all about interest.... they were going to keep the money until the last possible date.. very_tired15: I am personally sorry for first delivering info that there is no need to refile.. and changing it.. I do not think I was used, but I believe the change is a genuine and well-thought out one gscraig: Tired, is this correct: Al MAY refile to protect those who registrations with the TA are incorrect, or who are not registered. And this will IN NO WAY affect or delay payment to those who are correctly registered with the TA? Do I have that right? very_tired15: Craig, he is going to refile to insure that the ER is real and that we all can be paid very_tired15: since they waited to the last kminute, they could falsely represent that ER is real, but then interfere.. then we would have let the lasuit go and had one of our big hammers taken away ground_fog: he had to have been prepared for this scenario..so why friggin insist no refile..thats my problem..oh well nobull1: if you turn over the evidence the judge see's it but he also has proof we got payed that would satisfy the demand for the release of the trusts and it over? very_tired15: I would agree... do you want to trust the powers that be to suddenly do what they say? Governments are notorious for breaking their words.. ask the American Indians, the Japanese Internment victims, Black Farmers, so man others... very_tired15: However, we NEED news of ER TOMORROW.. not Saturday, but TOMORROW

This whole thing smells fishy as usual.
A couple of questions to ponder:
Why did Al ask for 45 days instead of the standard 30 days? Wasn't this supposedly because there was some "set date". Sounds like that's not the case now.
Why is Al waiting yet another day if he is going to refile anyway? File the d*mn thing already, all that has happened is we have given them more and more time.
What happens if Al refiles? Haven't people been saying this can't go public? Once he files isn't it then public?

Nobody knows anything and we are all guessing. Nobody will know until it happens and only then can anyone claim guru status, but then again, it won't matter.

yes it smells fishy and no one should be bugging the TA unless you have a motive other than furthering payment to shareholders

Didn't we all talk about this very thing happening? Didn't we talk about getting our hopes set on a certain date again? Please don't be overly distraught and let down if this date also passes. If it ever is going to be over, we won't know it until it IS over.
IMHO

What happens if Al refiles? Haven't people been saying this can't go public? Once he files isn't it then public? I have wondered the same thing... him requesting 45 made it seem like one of two things: either there was a set date for automatic ER or he needed more time to prepare the filing (maybe to gather more evidence?)... If he had all the evidence, and there wasn't a set date, at the time of the MTD hearing, then why wouldn't he just have gone with the 30 days? We would most likely be at the same point in this game but a couple weeks earlier. It's like he gave them an extra 15 days to keep our money from us. Well, one thing I have learned: when Al asks for a certain amount of time, he is gonna use it all... IMO.
