GOB, I am an MIS consultant, currently working for a law firm that specializes in foreclosures. Based on my work here, I can tell you there is a significant difference between real estate sales law and foreclosure law practice. The former, thanks to state standardized forms nationwide, is primarily a paper pushing job, unless negotiations regarding condition of property come into it. The latter is significantly more complicated and often includes cases that last years as the borrowers reach agreements, break them, file for BK, come out of bK, etc. Your statement that saying they are not the same is BS, only reveals your ignorance. Better to keep your mouth shut and be thought a fool than to open it and remove all doubt. Brig, on the foreclosing side, you are correct. But, demand for real estate attorneys in CA and FL have increased substantially over the past 12 months given the overwhelming volume of foreclosures as you must be aware of, and in many different fields within real estate law including representation of the homeowner, title work on transfers, repo sales, etc that Treffrey would most certainly qualify. Additionally, having been in real estate most of my life and having two family members that are attorneys (one in real estate) I'll pass the Stand Tall For Urban back at you. Come on now gob. Brig did not say stand tall at all. Where are your manners? Did you forget you are on 29?

I dont believe anyone who spent $200,000 on a worthless sub penny stock is hurting so bad now that he needs $15k. Check my previous posts, this is looking more and more like a pump and dump by AL and Deli. IMO Six years or more can change a person's siruation drastically... many were upper middle class or better 6+ years ago, and are now trying to scrape by like us more common folk... I think this treffey thing sounds strange too... but not as strange as a high-priced lawyer selling out his career, his firm and his good name for what couldn't amount to more than a fraction of his worth...

or he is still buying from Deli for .00025 and selling for .0003. I know it does not seem like much, but if he sells billions of shares it adds up.

Where is all this crappola of Treffey buying his shares from Deli. AT has been around literally since day 1. I believe he bought his share legitimately thru a broker, not delidog.

That attitude got you bounced from the millionaires board and now you are displaying it here........too bad ..

You're talking about a gross (not net) profit of $50k on 1 billion shares. Don't you think AH has spent quite a few years earning many multiples of that amount each year. Again, I tell you that it just doesn't pass the common sense test.

Sun Tzu on the Art of War 18. All warfare is based on deception. 19. Hence, when able to attack, we must seem unable; when using our forces, we must seem inactive; when we are near, we must make the enemy believe we are far away; when far away, we must make him believe we are near. 20. Hold out baits to entice the enemy. Feign disorder, and crush him. Perhaps AT and AH have agreed to be a deception for the enemy to think we are splintering and the plaintiffs are getting desperate for funds, Perhaps AH is at a point where this deception is valuable in negotiations. After all is considered why would AT market his stock at .0003 against Deli selling at .00025. Who would pay AT 20% above Deli. Ergo AT does not sell his stock but deception is accomplished. AT is used as a sacrificial deception!! Just thinking out loud. Dave Congrats, you now have the second dumbest post in past 24 hours. Goldengriff has you beat.

YOu want to know where the deception is coming from-AH, for keeping us in the dark. Show the evidence, and we get paid. Keep playing their games, and we head into 2011.
Very simple. AT is not part of deception plan. Have you ever read any of his religious posts and theories. He's a nut bar. BH is a great guy, but only a cheerleader.
Enough is enough already. Show the proof.

I too have been on the receiving end of this arrogant blowhards hateful violent attitude. He once stated that he wished his wife would "go find herself something to do" and leave him alone, so that he wouldn't have to be around her and he could go sailing. What a prince!

Throttle-back Matrix! Things are quiet for a reason so just cool your jets. Al Hodges is busting his ass for you, me...all of us. You'll find out the details when you need to know the details and not before. Later, CatdaddyYOu want to know where the deception is coming from-AH, for keeping us in the dark. cat, been hearing that since Feb. Manny, Wolf, Gus, and Mike are working hard too. But at least they give us info. The conspiracy cra-p and secrecy is getting real old, real quick. It is obvious at this point that whoever holds the key to the release has no intention of releasing it. HOdges mentions me in the lawsuit, along with 50,000 other shareholders. Therefore, I think I should be let in to the circle of trust; along with you, Manny, Gus, my dad, cnbc, and the black entertainment network.
