Anyone care to take a stab at how the inevitable dismissal is going to be spun as good news? My guess is that they (whomever "they" may be) already have the story cooked up and are ready to serve it. I just can't come up with anything that people will actually believe.

Let's get back to trading, so I can at least get my money back out of this thing. For years, a return to trading has been my only realistic hope of getting something back. I'm doing what I can to help out on the AG effort because it ultimately involves very little effort to support it. But if Kevin West doesn't come through for us, I believe my investment is as dead as Urban's lifeless heart.

Al Hodges had his 2nd chance to add exhibits with evidence to the complaint that would prove that the trust existed, etc. For whatever reason he decided not to do so. Now, imo, the SEC will get their dismissal, and I have to say (again IMO) that they did a good job in their response to "Al Hodges story" - and that is all it is at this point - a story with no evidence submitted that this all happened and that there is a trust/$.
Now, what really sucks, and I will share this with you guys because my dad was a shareholder like us and believed in all of this like a lot of us do/did. My dad passed away last night from complications after his heart attack last week. It all happened so fast. Unfortunately he never saw the fabled ROI - if he did, no doubt his health would be better and the outcome different. And now it really bugs me that the last time I talked to him (while he was in the hospital) he asked me if we had an update from Al Hodges yet. He wanted this to happen for his kids more than for himself, and he wanted to pay-it-forward as well. He was 71 and the best person I have ever known.
So, if any of this stuff from Al Hodges is bullshi* and/or for another agenda, then I think he has some really bad karma coming to him, to say the least. And this goes for all the people who lie and make up rumors as well.
I hope Al Hodges reads this and tells us all the truth once and for all so others don't pass away believing in fairy tales (if this is indeed a fairy tale).
Take it easy everyone.

Beavis,
I am so sorry to hear that. My dad passed away about a year and a half ago. He was the ONLY one on my side from day one. Believe me I feel your loss Brother.
Know that you, your family, and most of your father will be in my thoughts, in my heart, and most of all in my prayers.
God Bless YOU Pal. Your dad has already received his blessing I can PROMISE you that. His sins have been forgiven and he is seated at his place at the table of Our Lord which Jesus Christ Himself has set for your dad. He is most assuredly in Heaven with all your relatives that have gone before and they will all be waiting for you when you arrive My Friend.
Mike

Call me naive... Did we not want this dismissal!? How can funds be released if this is tied up in court? The SEC won. How convenient? Good for them. Smoke 'n' mirrors! Hurry up judge and dismiss this then "show us the MONEY" This all of course is in my Very Honest Opinion! How did you come to that opinion..?
