This time the nice people in the Central War Room gave these shareholders a break and pushed it out clear to next Friday as if to say. "We are beat, you are beat , and you are not going to receive news this coming week, NOR next weekend for sure, anyway. So be it. GO away. Well, I will go one step further, because I read CMKX NS "PIG" LATIN; These stupid, lame, hurtful games will go on, and on, and on, and so will Poof saying "good bye". Where is the end? Find me one person who received anything tangible, commensurate to large damages, anywhere of consequence, and "we" will talk. NDA or not. I do believe in this thing being real, there being valuation, damages, trusts, waiting on something, Hodges not in control of the ending, him being a conduit of sorts, or waiting on some date possibly.- But ...put that all together and there is STILL no tangible notice of "time" to a damage check for these shareholders to hang their hats on beyond Gold Prices, and the USA needing massive commodity backed cash infusion. Been there done that. If "you" were being paid today there would be no need for these bizarre rumors, and blatant misinformation being circulated. A streaker running down Wall Street holding his CMKX certificate would make more sense to me than the way the shareholders are being baited/lured continually. Every day which goes by without cash in hand represents a day of victory for the other side. My other side is a laundry list now. Fact. You are being treated worse in real time than a war criminal, at this point under the laws of our US Constitution. "WE ALL" at some point should be told what the value of "SIMILARLY SITUATED" is relative to SITUATED as Plaintiffs. Have penalties and interest been presented for the Plaintiffs situated? If we are at that point maybe there should be some notification for SSS/SOR. That rumor already passed that some case out there was "sealed" 2 Thursday's ago, and that payment by the Supreme court Justice was ordered for all CMKX SOR. What rumors fly, and what rumors don't fly? Also, such a large amount of plaintiff posts as interpreted that Mr. Hodges was moments away from announcement. Until that predictable NAH! Bholldenegg, if the Surpreme Court ruled to release money to shareholders, they must have been smart enough to put a timeline on the release. Ex 30 days, 60 days, 90 days. I find it highly unlikely that they would NOT have put a timeline on it viewing the past history of events in not only ours, but other claims not being paid.
What snoopstock5 said. Plus I know Mr Hodges had to add a time line he got burned before I bet they won't burn him twice.

it has been a roller coaster....of chaos and deception
only in our past as kids we rode the ride with excitement and enjoyment. only now, as adults, we are the ride....we carry the load and it's a heavy burden to bare. the ride is on our backs.
when we come to our stop/end. perhaps we'll choose a better ride for our future and new beginings.
choose the right paths and life will be abundant....
no more being led, we must lead and except or decisions....just like the one when we"ALL" chose to take this ride. a lucky penny still full of hope!

it has been a roller coaster....of chaos and deception only in our past as kids we rode the ride with excitement and enjoyment. only now, as adults, we are the ride....we carry the load and it's a heavy burden to bare. the ride is on our backs. when we come to our stop/end. perhaps we'll choose a better ride for our future and new beginings. choose the right paths and life will be abundant.... no more being led, we must lead and except or decisions....just like the one when we"ALL" chose to take this ride. a lucky penny still full of hope! peace & prosperity God Willing & God Speed  |

I don't think the AG action's purpose has anything to do with bringing us to a solution - I think it's purpose is only to get answers so we are not left in the dark - there are people who are dying glued to their monitor screens and that isn't right. If they knew what was going on and how long it was going to take perhaps they may not have died like that, and the AG action would assist in precisely that. |
