Does anyone find it strange that none of the plaintiffs aren't telling shareholder's to not show up for the MTD?
Many are spending money they don't have to go to this hearing, I find this odd. They stood up on other hearings and said there was no reason to go. HMMMMM!
Now if this plays out and shareholders are pissed with the outcome, do you think it's fair that they would let people spend their money in these very hard times to be let down?
Am I the only one who finds this odd?
I honestly don't see AL allowing that to happen, if he does It would change my whole perception of him.

I hope this is a good sign. Also I find it odd that supposedly Bob Hollenegg was listening to Acca talk the other night. If true, I hope Bob would quash anything that Acca said if it were not true.

I am not a big believer in distracting someone from their work, etc but I think it is time for AH to talk to us and feel that if we don't hear from him or something of real news on Monday we need to start a phone blitz to AH's office. It has been over 6 months and we have heard that it was the election and most recently they had to inform new members of congress..it is all bs and delays and it is time for him to talk and give us real information..we have been very patient and respectful but time for the goods. Monday is a big day and we better hear more than the finalized MTD

I believe Bob is friends with that guy Desparado, who is Acca's buddy. It does not mean that Bob agrees wholeheartedly with Acca. I cannot speak for Bob, so it's my opinion. I wonder why, at this very important time, that Bob has decided to remain quiet. "Does anyone find it strange that none of the plaintiffs aren't telling shareholder's to not show up for the MTD?" I hope this is a good sign. Also I find it odd that supposedly Bob Hollenegg was listening to Acca talk the other night. If true, I hope Bob would quash anything that Acca said if it were not true.
