I find it ironic and sad that as a "Christian" usually you are against sodomy yet the Tyler gang has been doing nothing but sodomizing the legal shareholders from the get go by withholding information, publishing nonsense from a SEC plant , and conspiring with SEC judges to withhold assets and information from legal property owners !! . Don't even get me started on the CRFN radio shenanigans. Sad , immoral , and definitely not the Christian thing to do. Perhaps the serpent's gold was too alluring because your actions definitely point to a nefarious allegiance. To whom, exactly, is this post written?

Bob, demanding answers is hardly a stunt!! In fact, it is long overdue. I am curious Bob, does Al still feel that we will be paid by Christmas? Briwadd Due to the circumstances, I am not allowed to communicate. Attorney Hodges will communicate. Please direct your questions to Wolfbela. Thank you, BHollenegg Bob, Don't do this to me please....not tonight (having a bad day). Did you hear something big from Al?? Will we hear something tomorrow maybe?? Thanks in advance.

Hi Vcalv, While I'm not Bob (obviously), I think he's already answered. We all know Mr Hodges and rest of the team have been working on finalizing everything...hang in there. I leave everyone with this thought: If you had a choice between everything being done to the 95% level and released with a possibility of something not being done right...or having to wait a bit longer to ensure everything is 100% right...would you really want the possibility that things could get hung up in the post-funds release period? As much as I would like this to be done for all of us, I'd really prefer it be done right over done fast. I hope your day improves- With Respects, C-Dub Bob, Don't do this to me please....not tonight (having a bad day). Did you hear something big from Al?? Will we hear something tomorrow maybe?? Thanks in advance. Thanks Chuck, no disrespect intended. I really just want this ordeal to be done with. I am confident though that this will be our week... GLTA

Thanks in advance. Chuck, Why is it so d*mn hard to communicate when this thing is apparently done? What Bob and you are alluding to seems to be administrative issues. If this is the case why not say so? Why is it so imperative that shareholders must be kept in the dark about every insignificant action? And when I say insignificant I refer to answers to questions that would not derail what ever plan has been initiated. For example, If a shareholder asks if we have received ER or not, why would a simple "Yes we have" or "No we have not" put in jeopardy any strategic advantage. And why would we need a strategic advantage if this is done? In contrast we hear about the intricate workings of CIA, joint chiefs, kings, queens and the intricacies of how each one of them are associated with our little penny stock. The things that you would think one would be tight lipped over are spoke about in depth, but god forbid you ask if we have received ER or if there is a plan to appeal the MTD or anything else that would be seemingly appropriate to speak about in comparison to the secrets that has been exposed over and over again. It seems that any question that leads to a definitive answer as to whether or not Hodges is full of you know what, is left unanswered. Which naturally leads people to that very conclusion. tripper

If we have ER , then Attorney Hodges will make an announcement to the Shareholders. Thank you, BHollenegg

Bob,
In your deleted post where you suggest I answer questions, I would love to do so, had some honest answers been provided. This cat and mouse game is beyond old. I am a pretty intelligent guy. I can understand basic honest details. I have never tried to be disrespectful to you. I am frustrated with Al Hodges and Tyler. This madness has gone on long enough. April 12 money is transferred. December 21, still no payment.. These are the facts as you have told us, if the first date was true and you weren't being misled. Certainly you realize how ridiculous this is. I have not made one prediction, not one. No PPS , no dates of payment, no nothing.. If by some miracle this does happen, I have said repeatly, I will be first in line to thank and congratulate all. Do I realize the enormity of this, if it is true.. absolutely. I also know at some point, this must end, one way or the other. Just one ounce of transparency would have changed everyone's outlook here, but I guess those in charge didn't think our security clearance was appropriate. Best wishes..

this is an extremely large amount of money that we are talking about.....yet, it absolutely amazes me that so many people here are demanding answers and I mean DEMANDING, not just requesting...
with so much money involved and AH is asking everyone to be patient, I will be patient....in fact, I will be extremely patient.
If AH wants me to kiss the ground and face Washington 3 times a day, I will do that...
why?...because the payment in the end justifies whatever is asked of me.
I do not need proof, I do not need to hear from AH every morning at 9:00am
I do not need to hear from BH, or Chunky, or anyone else for an up-date because we have been told over and over and over again....wait for AH to speak....and I will wait until AH gives the final word....
I do not need Tyler to speak nor anyone else for that matter....why....because I have been asked to wait for AH to speak....and I will.
so, stop plugging up these boards with useless demands and just wait until AH speaks....he has the final word on all of this....

Jerry WB Jerry...After I wrote the post, I deleted it because you did what I did in December 2008 and in January 2009. I understand your frustration, but not your timing. This is not about keeping your word...this is not about Wolfbela and BHollenegg...this is about doing what is best for getting the Shareholders paid as quick as possible. When we did the Blitz Campaign a couple of years ago, it became evident that we ended up being blocked. I spoke with Attorney Hodges and asked for his help. Attorney Hodges said he would, and did without ever asking for compensation. When it got to the point that a lawsuit was required , I agreed to be a plaintiff only if this lawsuit would result in the Shareholders being compensated. After seeing what Attorney Hodges had to deal with, I know now how naive I was about the complexity of the situation and the legal issues and maneuvers which had to be addressed and taken care of in order to get the release resolved. I understand your frustration and your desire to get this done, but reinventing the wheel at this stage when we are at the cusp of receiving the funds will not speed up the process. You drew a line in the sand, January 1, 2011. I agree. In the meantime please don't kick the sand in the faces of those who are getting the Shareholders paid. Thank you Jerry, BHollenegg
