Well, Bob said distribution was to start Tuesday and Wednesday last week, but it was delayed. That delay was resolved per Bob. If I have any of that wrong, let me know. This should mean, if Bob was given proper information, we should be hearing something today. I believe that is a fair assumption, no?
Last thing I want to do is spread rumors or misquote the Bobmeister, but that 'should' sum things up.

Hey Bob,
You stated that the money arrived at the West coast bank late last Monday. Did Al personally confirm that the money was transferred to that bank?
TIA Briwadd

Noble here is that question posed to Bob and the answer if I read it properly is one that has no definitive reply.....

Bob...first thank you for sharing this information with us but I take issue with your statement...so perhaps you can clarify a few things that are out of my grasp...
If the cause of the delay was the late arrival of funds on Monday Dec 20...then I will assume everything was prepared to go....for Tuesday...Wednesday...so if everything was ready to go why couldn't the release have been approved for Thursday or Friday...I would assume if all was prepared that would not be an issue....
I would also assume that if the release was scheduled for Monday that the Cottrell trust is not an issue.....If that is the case I would see no reason that the release of the funds should not be delayed one more day and will be released on Monday....
Looking forward to hearing your reply....
I posted what I know from the updates I received. The last update was 23 Dec.
Thank you, BHollenegg

Hey Bob, You stated that the money arrived at the West coast bank late last Monday. Did Al personally confirm that the money was transferred to that bank? TIA Briwadd Has Hodges ever stated that he has personally confirmed anything of significance? I'm not doubting that he has confirmed things personally as he is not blind, def, or dumb. History will show that AL makes public statements only as alleged, informed, believe etc. I would be ecstatic to get a firm statement out of him about anything money related. Remember, it's a fluid situation.

Weren't "all" the trust supposed to be funded a few weeks back? Why are we on this Cottrell business? I'm might have been misinformed....

Hey Bob, You stated that the money arrived at the West coast bank late last Monday. Did Al personally confirm that the money was transferred to that bank? TIA Briwadd Briwadd....It is my understanding that the information came from an update that was forwarded to all the plaintiffs (or should I say former plaintiffs since the Bivens was tossed) so it would be directly from Al....one would assume that if Al forwarded this info that he would have confirmation...but I gather only Al can confirm that.....

Thank you, BHollenegg Thanks, georgie, but there were other BobH postings that said the funds were transferred to the bank at 5pm-Cali time, which made it too late to start the planned distribution of Tues-Weds last week. I'd find them, but I'm about to go to bed.

Weren't "all" the trust supposed to be funded a few weeks back? Why are we on this Cottrell business? I'm might have been misinformed.... TFV...Again, you are not showing where Attorney Hodges is holding back the CMKX Fund. That is what you were on about. I explained the stipulation which ties all the funds together for release. When Al receives notification (tear sheet) then he has been notified the funds of All the trust are in place. Those who are in control of the release will have ER and release the funds, not Al. The ER and its connection to the WGS fund is explained in the updates from Attorney Hodges to the Shareholders. I am not going to sidetrack to the Queen, Cottrell, or who ever else is in the WGS with 'what if' scenarios...it is not an issue with our distribution. Where does it state that Attorney Hodges is holding back the funds? Thank you, BHollenegg --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
mgpaul... Bob your statement "Those who are in control of the release will have ER and release the funds, not Al". In your opinion who is in contol of the release? TIA ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- I don't have an opinion on that.Thank you MGPaul, BHollenegg

Trust no one, trust shmust. When and if I receive monies in my bank account then I'll believe in a Trust. Until then all I hear and heard is nothing but bull crap coming from a bunch of no nothings. Sorry for the harsh words but doesn't anyone out there find all this a waste of time?

as long as the commentary, opinions and discussions are RESPECTFUL to our FELLOW MEMBERS and CMKX'rs. Here are my current opinions to clarify for those interested: - I still believe this was a STING that goes far beyond CMKX. - I still believe we will PREVAIL. - I still believe our best shot is through the ongoing efforts of Al Hodges. - I absolutely want this to be over YEARS AGO. - I remain very conservative as to the eventual PPS. - I am TIRED of GURUS predicting things that NEVER HAPPEN and do APOLOGIZE for doing the SAME in the PAST. - I reserve the right to change MY OPINION both POSITIVE or NEGATIVE. I wish EVERYONE only the BEST as the FESTIVE SEASON continues and as we prepare to move into the NEW YEAR. Oaks (aimho) I love this guy. Kudos

I'd find them, but I'm about to go to bed. Exactly my point!! This money has been in every bank but mine!! If you read over the Richmond notes from Al, you will see that Al has been removed from a bank denying any knowledge of the funds. So my question remains, has Al confirmed through the bank that the money is there..If not, then Bob's info regarding the money being transferred is nothing more than a rumor. IMO Briwadd
