This whole update seems like worldreports version 2.0. It's been hard enough to believe CMKX is a mineral superstore. But most(?) of us NEVER believed that Wanta / worldreports stuff. But, little by little, over the past year, we have been conditioned to accept the same stories we once rejected. I'll say it again. It seems like we are reverse-merging into an existing internet urban legend. Believing in a payout now means believing all those worldreports posts, and that's a really big leap of faith. Don't get me wrong. I'll be glad to find out worldreports was right all along. Next week, we'll see. Couldn't have said it better if I had my wife write it. Things that even die-hard CMKX'ers would have laughed at just a short year ago have now become reality for some of us. To believe in this stuff really defies all logic and CMKX is now officially part of the worldwide conspiracy theory lunatic fringe. The good news is that pretty soon we're going to move up to the #3, maybe the #4 spot on the lunacy chart. #1: We're controlled by space aliens #2: NESERA is real and happening #3: CMKX shareholders will split up 4 trillion #4: World Reports is a serious news agency #5: Our own government blew up the twin towers Actually, while #1 will probably always reign supreme it's pretty much a horse race for the # 2 - 4 spots.

One thing that is true though, we are in a serious economic crisis and without a new monetary shift to correct this system, the entire world's financial health will implode. All you have to do is read some of the recent news. You can start with the 60 minutes expisode about the states defaulting in about 11 months. Maybe you think that's a conspiracy too? Whoever is behind this is expert in human psychology. The person or persons behind pushing this fantasy understand how desperation makes us suspend disbelief. I think it obvious that the purpose of continuing this whole thing is to keep selling shares , and as tricker said, not really intended for us longs who are pretty well out of the action now. People buy lottery tickets everyday. People buy CMKX shares every day. It is the same psychology. Admit it, if I won't, that you all still hope that your CMKX certificate was worth paying for long after you had been ripped off. You don't want to admit to yourself that you were foolish enough to be taken not once, not twice, but probably three times or more, when you first bought shares, when you bought more shares , when you told others to buy some, and when you actually bought your certs. Like the roulette junky who keeps loading the table, pride goeth before a fall. No one wants to leave the casino a loser.
Whoever had the idea of hiring a transfer agent to register our shares was a genius. It had exactly the intended effect of awakening the gigantic sleeping giant of CMKX so that they could sell more shares into the hype. The bogus Bivens was the next master stroke, with nearly the same effect of allowing more shares to be sold. I wonder what the next publicity stunt will be? It appears that it could be something dinar-related, or likely something involving some promised return to trading. Maybe we'll be coaxed into obtaining certs for our CIM shares, on promises of intrigue, wealth , and vindication, or something titillating like that.

If that's the case then lets all of us go after transfer online for adding to the fraud. I'm pretty sure they have plenty of money we could get our initial investmant back from.

This side show is toast, so back to Tyler and the state AG movement, the State AG movement is based on there being trusts out there some where, and that is based on Astro Boy here and whatever he is smoking, must be good stuff!!! So Tyler go get em, collect the judgement money owed to us, SEC nail the dead beats that shrewed us, and collect the illegal ill gotten gains and give em back. Only play left, this is toast. IMO his update just feel out the back of a horse.

Happy??? This is total insanity and anyone that buys this crap, believes it and listens to it, is equally insane. I am anxious to hear what the authorities think of this. It is no wonder now when I read some posters and wonder what in the world they are thinking. That is explained by those listening to Hodges and his followers. So why bother with an appeal .. It will have no bearing on this.. Hodges just admitted that himself. I wonder when the states will show up with the straight jackets.. Shouldn't be too much longer now... To do this to people is not only a sign of insanity, it is cruel, vicious and criminal in my book... I will not waste one more minute of my life reading or listening to what Hodges and the rest of this clan have to say... J WB Jerry, do you have first hand knowledge of this being crap? If not please don't act like you know for a FACT this is crap. Opinions are like a- holes... Everyone has one. So, state it as your opinion.

do you really believe this shi*? poll question edit : OK here it is...... hodges , you are not legally obligated to provide any info to the shareholders. yet you do so. OK you are here with us, but if this is true why not address the actual questions we are concerned about? why should we actually believe a word you say, because it sounds good ?? to me it sounds like Nazi Germany people here waiting for you to speak, ( and a great speaker you are) hanging on every word you say I for one am not a sheep, many here are and will wake up soon. (some just have more patients than others) unless of course I'm wrong and you actually have any proof of anything you said today. where is it? ? nowhere its the old tale divide and conquer great job but AL even a novice law student can see holes in your address. i know you will never address me and answer. but as a skeptic it has to be asked where is the evidence of the jan 14 statement.................... NOWHERE, thanks for really nothing lately but hot air and unrest

It truly amazes me how ungrateful some people can be. Or maybe they're just paid bashers.

Maybe I think what's a conspiracy? That were in an economic crisis? That's no conspiracy, we dodged another depression by the skin of our teeth. All signs now point to a recovery albeit a very slow one. Certain sectors of the economy are still deeply mired in it while others are robust and it'll be a good year or two before we're firing on all cylinders again. Then the cycle will repeat itself with times of expansion and recession. Hopefully we'll avoid this particular situation again by learning from our mistakes. Aside from that I don't really understand your question. What type of "monetary shift" are you calling for and why do you think the "worlds financial health will implode"?

Well thought out and matches perfectly. Not that Wikipedia is the best source, but the APA has accepted it as a legitimate citation. This is a relatively concise description that backs up your theory. en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Suspension_of_disbeliefIt's either this, or we'll be rich next Saturday. There isn't much in between. Mike
