How hard would it be to just observe what was going on with the boards and then make up a story that fit into the (incorrect) theories of well known internet chat room posters? That would be the easiest way to string things along. Think about it - has this update left you with more answers or questions? Girl Here you go girl. This is as good as it gets until something arrives at our doorstep. Thanks Mr. Hodges for all your hard work and dedication to the shareholders. But why not just say "We have ER."? How hard is that? It would remove any doubt. Girl Did you read the update, or just give it a quick pass-over? From the update: 8. Prior to the recent change of process by the Chinese lien holder it was a requirement, based upon BASEL, that ER be obtained prior to the time that certain other payments could be made. As I have previously stated on many occasions we were waiting for Michael Cottrell and his companies to receive their payments as they were Number 20, the very last payee, on the BASEL list. Because the Chinese lien holder has changed the process, I now understand that Michael Cottrell will be paid on or about January 21, 2011, after all of the Prosperity Program money has been paid out which is estimated to take between 4 – 5 days. This is no way suggests that ER continues to be a requirement of the release of CMKX payments. As set forth above, I have tried desperately to contact Global Intelligence to secure their agreement to authorize immediate release of the CMKX packages, as I believe that the reason for delaying their delivery has now evaporated. C-Dub You're right. I'm just saying that I wish there were no room for interpretation. I wish we were celebrating instead of debating. Girl

Girl,
What's to interpret?
Where waiting on GlobaL (Peter) to release the hounds, but Peter is involved with the entire plam, not just the relatively small part that is CMKX... and so, we apparently wait for the Chinese Lienholder to get his, as well.
If I'm reading right, our packets will be enroute to our doors in a week.

IMO, this statement made by Al leaves the door open:
"I am currently advised that all will be completed by January 21, 2011"
He does not say that all we be done by January 21st rather that he is advised that it will be completed. I sure hope I am wrong but I do not see anything definitive in this update; rather I see a lot of statements that leave uncertainty in my mind.
I am not trying to bash but stay grounded.

Briwadd wrote, "There is no doubt that the update was informative, the question remains, is any of it true. It does seem a little farfetched, IMO. However, I don't believe that Al is making this stuff up and I can only hope that he is getting his info from reliable people within the government."
I agree. I think that with Al's latest post that he reached the point of no return as far as being culpable (CA Bar). He is risking his law license by going out on a limb with what he posted. So either he is insane or really believes what he has posted. I think that all that matters now is that we get paid, period. We may never find out the truth and I think most will not care knowing what the truth is as long as we are paid. If what Al posted is true, we will be paid. If not, the crooks will be busted eventually.
I personally think that Wolf and the AG action should keep up the pressure. If this is a done deal, all of this will be resolved in a matter of weeks, let’s keep up the pressure on the states to either help us get paid or for them to find out the truth and put the bad guys in jail if this is a scam. I still have plenty of doubts that we will be paid.

5. Although CMKX payments were not originally part of the WGS, they were included by attachment earlier this year. However, be assured that CMKX moneys are not currently part of the WGS; I understand from a number of different sources that Global Intelligence of Las Vegas petitioned the US Supreme Court, in camera, just after Christmas to separate CMKX pay-outs from any association or attachment with the WGS. I understand further that the Court issued an Order for the Trustees to pay-out the moneys within 48 hours, which time expired on or before December 31, 2010. I have received further information that Global Intelligence has not effected said pay-outs, has been fined some $150,000,000 on or about January 4, 2011, and is presently incurring additional fines at the rate of $13,000,000 per week. I have not been successful in any of my attempts to secure explanation from Global Intelligence.
IN CASE YOU DON'T KNOW WHAT ( IN CAMERA MEANS)---> The petition (in a paid case) is filed in booklet form, which can either be typeset by your printer or produced by you in camera- ready format ready for the printer to copy and bind. An appendix setting out the decisions below must be bound at the back of the petition. When you cite to those decisions, cite to the pages of the appendix. Be sure to follow the rules as to the proper format of the petition. See S. Ct. Rules 33, 34.

I'm not going to hold my breath. Can't wait to see the next outlandish update after we don't get paid.
Am I jaded at this point? You bet your @ss I am.

The two important nuggets of info from Hodges' update:
1. Transfer online registration equals bona fide status.
2. January 21.

www.lectlaw.com/def/i018.htmIN CAMERA Lat. 'in chambers.' Refers to a hearing or inspection of documents that takes places in private, often in a judge's chambers. Depending on the circumstances, these can be either on or off the record, though they're usually recorded. In camera hearings often take place concerninging delicate evidenciary matters, to shield a jury from bias caused by certain matters, or to protect the privacy of the people involved and are common in cases of guardianships, adoptions and custody disputes alleging child abuse.
