(5:56 PM) grnfrst: A major well known US brokerage firm has sent out packages to investors in a precious metals company. This is unusual, and one of the few times I have witnessed an attempt to borrow shares from cash investors. (5:56 PM) grnfrst: In the stock loan system there are few if any shares available to borrow. This initiative is an attempt to borrow shares to accommodate a major legal short seller in this company to satisfy delivery to the buyer. (5:57 PM) grnfrst: Although it will always be your choice, facilitating an enemy of a company is counterproductive to your interest. Personally, I will not lend one share. (5:58 PM) grnfrst: Respectfully, Jim (6:01 PM) grnfrst: FIDDEL, I AM RACKING MY BRAIN - AS TO WHAT COMPANY, JIM SINCLAIR, IS REFERRING TO ! (6:02 PM) grnfrst: IT'S THE FIRST, I HAVE HEARD OF THIS MOVE - WHICH EQUATES TO DESPERATION BY BROKERAGE HOUSE - AND BY EXTENSION, THE SHORT SELLER ! (6:03 PM) grnfrst: TO OFFER AN INCENTIVE TO CASH ACCOUNT HOLDERS (NOT MARGIN ACCOUNT) - TO LOAN OUT THEIR SHARES IS LUNACY ! millionaires.proboards.com/index.cgi?board=main&action=display&thread=37497&page=2

Financial crooks brought down the world's economy — but the feds are doing more to protect them than to prosecute them
Over drinks at a bar on a dreary, snowy night in Washington this past month, a former Senate investigator laughed as he polished off his beer.
"Everything's ###### up, and nobody goes to jail," he said. "That's your whole story right there. Hell, you don't even have to write the rest of it. Just write that."
I put down my notebook. "Just that?"
"That's right," he said, signaling to the waitress for the check. "Everything's ###### up, and nobody goes to jail. You can end the piece right there.""

Rolling Stone investigative Journalist Matt Taibbi has done it again, asking Why Isn't Wall Street in Jail? It becomes evident if you are rich, acting behind the cover of a corporation, you can get away with pretty much anything. Regular poor people, stealing a bike or a purse, you're going to jail with a felony conviction and a fine larger than your income. read more.... ragingbull.quote.com/mboard/boards.cgi?board=CMKI&read=996973

It starts at 9 CST 7 PST www.libertybroadcastingnetwork.com/Click on the Live button. Thanks, Davesaint sunbeam777 God of Diamonds Re: ***Rumor Discussion Thread*** « Reply #291 Today at 8:20am » -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- audreyhepburn_1: Recap from getpb 1. Michael Cottrell and Leo apparently had a serious falling out - perhaps it was just a misunderstanding but it sounds like more, audreyhepburn_1: 2. Cottrell's money seems to represent something other than Leo's money. audreyhepburn_1: 3. Leo is expecting payment at anytime he was expecting fully to receive his funds yesterday and they where delayed one more time. perhaps based on this he was expecting to have the opportunity to talk tonight and because he was not paid the interview was postponed audreyhepburn_1: 4. Everyone that came on including a person that worked with him in a private prison, his case worker stated that he was a true red white and blue American seeking nothing more than returning to the American people the funds he had amassed that where diverted

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------- I just got off the phone with the US Treasury. They checked my name and SS# with any funds paid or authorized in my name. The last amount paid in my name was last years tax return. Am I suppose to believe there is a check paid to me setting in a warehouse waiting for an 'ok'; however, there is no record of it . There is nothing to suggest any of this nonsense is true.
I spoke with Cottrell , he is in fact waiting on a phone call. The same one he has been waiting on for years and years.

By: gusjarvis 17 Feb 2011, 12:11 PM EST Rating: Msg. 997122 of 997153 (Reply to 997117 by chuck522450) chuck there is a lot more being looked at than pumpers they are looking at everything al hodges is doing and saying, they are investigating the sec okaying the trades by john edwards, they are investigating why the sec and doj subpoenaed the evidence in sept 2004 and then allowed our company to get destroyed, they are investigating bill and the others. It is not a singular investigation, there are many questions that need to be answered. If Al Hodges is a liar, which I don't believe he is, then urban and john edwards committed fraud with the sec, doj, and all lawyers involved and all should be in jail.
