The latest, that we have to go through a bank for our funds, not a Check in the mail makes total sense to me but puts a real dent in the confidence one may have in Hodges and or the people giving him info.
In my opinion.

It's Saturday and another week is coming to an end, some may be a little on edge and there will be those who spew negativity but it will be the usual ones who do that. Don't lose faith, the end of the month is not here yet. My guess is that our government will take it to the very end like they always do. My source said over a month ago, look to the end of March for closure. That's not a guarantee but I do trust this person is not toying with my emotions.
I tip my hat to Hodges for all he has done and how he has had to navigate the shareholders in a tedious manner to maintain integrity and not go against the wishes of those running the show, I'm sure it's a very difficult task. Thanks AL for doing all you can to keep us informed and protecting our interests along the way.
No matter what happens, keep the faith, we ARE part of a big plan that includes being paid. We are one of the cars being pulled by the redistribution of wealth locomotive, it is pulling us on the old system tracks headed for the switch that will take us to the new set of tracks, once we are on those new tracks, the locomotive will drop those cars full of money off at their final destination, all cars will be emptied at the same time.
I want to leave you with this today, DO NOT WORRY, we have won and will be paid, I have said for several years what is taking place behind the scenes and what CMKX's role in all this massive transformation is, CMKX is a grain of sand on a big agenda beach, very important piece of sand but in the grand scheme of things very small. Why am I repeating this, because I want everyone to understand that it's not that those running the show want to torture us or drag us onto the emotional roller coaster but are trying very hard to feed us information (that their allowed to) and protect our interest at the same time.
Have a great weekend
Don, IMHO
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
This may come as a shock to you Don, but maybe, just maybe your source is not looking out for our, (shareholders) best interest. The "info" passed on to you just might be for the purpose of destroying the moral of the shareholders.
Can someone please explain to me how just because there is an organized protest on wall street somehow that corrolates to the taking out of the fed? and the last thing that needs to happen before we get paid? This is the same crap that has been spewed around here for years. The supposed last timed event has happened many times around here and I have yet to see any money sent to me. Don't get me wrong, I would love to see the Fed gone but I just can't see how a small march on wall street means the most powerful money laundering organization in the world is going down...some help, please
I'll say that.
Show me the system that will replace the responsibilities of the FED that is in place and ready to go. When I see that organization I will then believe that the FED can be dismantled. Until then it's only a protest by the American people and that's it.
I used to read deltadon's posts but after yesterday's post about Iraq war/dinar/Bush I realized he's like Tramp; lives in la land. Wonder what he''ll post in April? My humble opinion is that he will have a new story sometime after April 1st. All the "seers" will have new stories. I still believe that the root of all these rumors is an anti shareholder root. Something in my opinion is up and it aint for us! Also my opinion. And I hope that the AG movement causes an investigation with Tyler. I honestly believe that we could have been back to trading a while ago. The longer this takes, the more rumors of "Imminant" payday's and the angrier shareholders will be. Come trading time, many will bail out as quick as possible. That would be great for whomever may still hold a short position and anyone else who may want our shares on the cheap. No one is looking out for us but us! And that burns be up! All just my honest, humble opinion.
In a nutshell, (Insert wise crack here) this is what I believe given what I've see, which is well, not alot!
1) If there was money collected I believe it was never earmarked for us. Notice I said "If"
2) Tyler, for whatever reason, is not in a rush to get us trading. I base that on really, does the paper work really take this long?
3) MOST IMPORTANT: I honestly believe that there is still a large short position in cmkx and "Shorty" is behind most of the 'Trust payout' rumors.
So, eventually we'll trade again and shorty wants a cheap buy in, that in my opinion is reason enough to have people push out these rumors time and time again. We get angry and sell out cheap.
They are doing this rumor thing for a reason, and being constantly wrong for a reason and the reason I came up with, #3 is the only thing I can come up with.
But that's just little ole me.
If SOMEONE wants our shares cheap, I can understand circulating rumors that there is NO money for us, and never was. However, circulating rumors of great wealth just around the corner would seem to work against that goal.
Rumors of great wealth seem to be used to string us along year after year, until SOMETHING... But WHAT?
Something BAD: Some statute of limitations.
Something GOOD: What if the "deal" in that "big room" went like this? Brokers tell Mr. Maheu if they pay what he asks, they will all go bankrupt. So, the "deal" is struck that the brokers pay a lesser amount, which is enough, when placed in a 5-year interest-bearing account, to amount to the desired total.
Of course, if that were so, it would have been nice to just have been told a story (to protect the brokers) in 2006, like, "We have sold claims and placed the proceeds in a 5-year interest-bearing account, to extract maximum value. Go live your lives. We'll be in touch in 2011.
Just a thought...
No lurk, the constant letdowns of trust money would work to get us angry enough to hate our stock in my opinion but, your reason makes sense too, a stall tactic to prevent a shareholders suit.
Eventually someone will have to answer for their dirty deeds! No singing please.
Its sole mission is to cultivate the interest of new comers by spreading false rumors of imminent wealth. I have have recently talked with a person who is one of these new comers and I have no doubt that this is the SOLE purpose of the rumors. I know that some will ask "Then why are you here?" My answer is simple. I usually am not anymore, but when I do peek in its just to see how much closer a vast majority is to "Getting it" Just think about it. How could money NOT be the reason for any of this? Tripper
Are you talking about this Tyler Announcement Rumor?
-Tyler has $4 billion in new assets in their 2010 tax filing.
-Tyler will announce .10 cents per share
-.10 is the initial start of payments.
If true, I say announce!!! announce!!!
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Ok, I'll ask. So where is this 4 billion coming from? Claim sales? Maybe a table in front of K-MART selling Tyler Scout Cookies?

Tyler has the 4 billion and will put it in the filing as new assets discovered by the 15th. That Tyler and many others are/were involved in trying to steal it, claiming there are 50,000 shareholders with a ridiculous ficticious share count, so if it does get distributed, the shareholders would only recieve a small portion like .002, and they would keep the rest and divy it among themselves legally since the company has a ton of bonafied shares.(there is only like 8,000 registered with the TA) Rumor there is proof of this and that is why West resigned.
I Don't Believe This One At ALL
But wouldn't that be a kick in the Tyler believers gonads if it was true???
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
This would not surprise me at all. Well, the 4 billion would but not the other part.
Where is Tyler getting 4 billion AND if they announce 4 billion, how do we know that that the number isn't alot higher?
