Another thought, if some shareholders invest, and they are receiving a small profit, if we then get a settlement will that money go into the operation? And if so then will all the other shareholders be brought in automatically? Or will the money go to run the company and the oil business with those invested shareholders being the only the ones to get some return? Or would those large shareholders, involved in the oil, then try to take over the company, reverse split, push the little guys out and keep going? I only say that, because if those oil invested shareholders do develop some kind of operational business in oil, why would they want the other shareholders to stay involved and deplete their profits? And if it's a separate business apart from cmkm, then why would SK even bring it to us as it's not really a business directed at maintaining the company. Or is SK just using the shareholder base to advertise and gather investors for a potential business for himself and a select bunch?

SK has to be reminded that this was all about ALL the shareholders.. We are in this all together from day one until a ROI for ALL.

Al and the original 7 defendants he chose have gone silent, I haven't heard why, nor spoke to one in 2 months. The person I respect and spoke to, thought like the rest of us the gcr was going to occur any day, just like the rest of us; but we still wait for it.

IMHO, We already know what Mr. Hodges thinks. He already stated so many times that we have been in delay to receive what is due us.
Steve Kirkpatrick is doing what is best in the interests of the company he took over. This company cmkx/nhhi will forever be a split personality.
Think of it this way. CMKM when we did the Cert Pull that is where CMKX stopped. When all the shareholders faxed in their share count and were sealed in until a appointed time. We are reaching that appointed time now of the appointed time.
When we are paid rightfully as shareholders from the FNP and Trust Fund. Then nhhi can then fully commence issuing new shares for their shareholders.
Just need to decide which Master to listen too. I stand with Mr. Hodges, give the respect to Steve Kirkpatrick for the on going determination for his belief with nhhi.

I guess SK didn't reach the $50,000 mark ?
If you an interest in investing into NHHI’s first oil venture, please send me an e-mail to stevek@cmkmdiamondsinc.com, and please provide a preliminary idea of how much you might be willing to invest, pending further informational exchange. So far today, I have received numerous e-mails and have preliminary commitments of at least $17,500, which is a very encouraging number this early in the process. If we are unable to secure preliminary commitments of at least $50,000 prior to August 25, 2015, then we will simply wait until our legal proceedings play out to raise the necessary funding. However, if the preliminary commitments reach or exceed $50,000, then I will host another webinar on August 27, 2015 to more clearly define the opportunity. I look forward to hearing from you. Thank you.

I don't understand how a few investors giving money to start a new oil business venture relates to the rest of the shareholders and their position in the company. Is it going to be under the NHHI umbrella with our current shares giving us a stake in the new venture? I understand, if it goes under, only the original investors will lose money, not the rest of us, which isn't necessarily fair to them. Are they just going to be issued additional shares out of the existing treasury or shares of a "new company"?
From Steve's post: "If successful, the venture will provide the footprint, track record and revenues necessary to build a viable and profitable company over time."
What company? NHHI or a totally different entity, in which we have no stake?
I imagine only Steve knows the answers to my questions and I don't think he is going to be forthright with the answers. I'm not knocking Steve. I just don't think he is ready (or in a position to) divulge the entire scenario because I don't think our interests will be served by this new venture.

Given SK admits he has the WF money and
It's way way way more than Durr why don't we have a BOD, why not fulfill the Koch agreement, and why not just write a check for the oil and gas.
You said you needed Durr money and we would fund the oil and gas but you have many multiples of that in your bank from WF.
I'm no mathematician but this ain't adding up?

Inquiring minds want to know.

Has anyone heard
from SK?
Maybe he is only commnicating with the investors?
And why would he bother listening to ACCA the other night. I thought that was strange. Why the hell should he care what ACCA says? SK has oil wells to worry about, not the ramblings and lies of someone like that.
