Seems like Bob H. is keeping busy today. Nothing earth shattering, but it's better than wasting one's time reading the posts from the bickering children on the "SEC Reply Today" thread.

Retire, that is very suspicious. That Hollenegg claims Hodges spoke with other attorneys but we hear that Hodges avoids fryar.
Hollenegg, who's lying?

Do you think "other Attorneys" are all named Fryer. What is suspicious is your agenda.

You know very well what I said Bob. Hodges speaks to other attorneys but not to Fryar? Why does he duck Fryar?
"DUCK FRYAR" I'm fighting every Spoonerism urge in my body right now!!! (I guess your "dryar" would have to be set to "Delicates...") – lurknomoreBy: bhollenegg

Where was Attorney Fryer $25,000 ago? Attorney Hodges sent Attorney Fryer an email. Attorney Fryer would not provide what was in the email unless shareholders paid him. Attorney Hodges is focussing his time, resources, and energy working on getting the shareholders paid not on getting Attorney Fryer paid.
Thank you,
BHollenegg

I disagree Bobby. I believe Hodges is working on getting his life back in order after having been scammed out of $1 million by your estimates.

Higgins13...
Attorney Fryar is not the first and is not last Attorney who has contacted Attorney Hodges. Attorney Hodges has enough on his plate without having to stop and provide legal documents and transcripts. Read what Attorney Fryar put out...it is not just a simple phone call that will do. Attorney Fryar laid it out for you. His approach for information is through deposing Attorney Hodges. Attorney Hodges is not on trial, is not the one holding up the release, and is not going to jepordize all that has been accomplished. At this crucial stage, it is not prudent.
Thank you,
BHollenegg

Lol! Bobby, we'll agree to disagree, but I think even you know that his priorities must shift in order for him to reestablish himself... personal, not business that is.

Goodolboy,
Attorney Hodges priority would be even more greater to get the funds released.
