PJ is a guru? We don't have gurus, only attention seekers. I believe reading somewhere on a post that PJ, along with Disatros and others are in the "know".... So, what is going on and what is coming by Friday? It's funny, because fridays are the end of a work week... Here in CMKX world, its feels like a Monday.

kb1gig: I think what happened is someone said that PJ's source said that we would gets packets or news by Friday, to which PJ replied that was inaccurate. Then Vegas put in the correct version that PJ stated it was ruomor only, that CMKXers would be happy by Friday. The original one posted stated "packets" and didn't mention that it was a rumor.

Fresh off the press.....
********************************** Shareholder update 9.08.11
Dear Fellow CMKM Shareholders,
I spoke with many of you last Friday on my first day on the job for you. I came away flooded with emotion. After hearing of your concerns, situations, welcoming your tough questions as well as your kind remarks and well wishes, I came away from every call with a feeling of solidarity that I had never felt before. Thank you.
To be a CMKM shareholder is an honorable thing. Well shall prevail. I hereby commit to you to try and be a conduit between our company and its shareholders. I feel it is important for me to state that our current CMKM Management and Board of Directors are to commended for their honesty, integrity and dedication to not only our company but to our shareholder base as well.
I recently met most of them while in Las Vegas last month attending the recent trial. When that case went to the jury, I believe we all felt we had presented our case well and we were optimistic of a positive outcome. Although no monetary judgment was awarded by the jury from defendants Roger Glenn or Edwards Angell Palmer and Dodge, the Company did prevail with a combined $70 million judgment from defendants Urban Casavant, Ginger Gutierrez and James Kinney.
My wife, Carol, and I attended the hearing for a total of 5 days and following is my perception of the individuals that represented CMKM at the Las Vegas hearing: Mr. Jim Lowden sat at the plaintiff's table projecting a very distinguished, relaxed and confident persona as the President of the Company. Attorney Bill Frizzell and his team gave it their all and looked as if they were absolutely exhausted when it was over. In my opinion, it was a job well done. Thank you, Bill. Two of the CMKM Directors, Tom Stephenson and Stan Polsom, were in attendance and added further strengthening to our case as an ongoing concern. I would like to add that I have in the past met all three Directors of CMKM and would represent to you that Mr. Stephenson, Mr. Polsom and Mr. Summers are among the most honorable men I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. I can state without a shadow of doubt that there exists a very healthy relationship complete with a necessary check and balance system between the Board of Directors and the Officers of the Company. Finally, in my opinion, Kevin West is the unsung hero of the group although he always insists that he has done nothing on his own and that it always is and has been a team effort. He is a warm, friendly and outgoing person who is also well spoken, knowledgeable and passionate. My hat is off to all of them. I look forward to the potential of what the Company is trying to accomplish for all shareholders in the days, weeks, months and years ahead.
As for the future, it should be noted that our Company faces many obstacles and difficult decisions. As stated above, I personally believe that we are in capable hands. The Company intends to release their unaudited 2010 financials in the coming months.
Call Me, Steve Walker 903-253-0510 Fridays 10am to 6pm Central Time*
New Hours: * starting October 4, the call line will be open Tuesdays and Thursdays from 10am-2pm CST. The last Friday call in date is September 30, 2011.
All that is necessary for the triumph of evil is that good men do nothing. Edmund Burke

ragingbull.quote.com/mboard/boards.cgi?board=CMKI&read=1036435By: cbaughan 09 Sep 2011, 10:50 AM EDT I spoke with Sal Catrini just now. He is : Managing Director for Equities - Cantor Fitzgerald & Co. He was speaking on TV last night with Fox Business News: video.foxbusiness.com/v/1149546801001/buy-stocks-that-benefit-from-inflation/ I was very lucky to call him and he promptly answered his phone. (If he had only known that he was going to be speaking with a CMKX shareholder!) He immediately asked who I was. I gave him my name and I told him that I am a CMKX shareholder and that I had heard the clip on Fox last night regarding Global Monetary Stimulus that he suggested could be happening this weekend. I said that we have a preimminent lawyer by the name of Mr. Hodges who has been saying something very similar regarding the World Global Settlements that he believes is in the works to happen in the near future. I asked him if he had heard anything similar to this. His response to me was “I don’t know anything more to tell you. I did my job by passing it on. But it is not exactly a secret..in fact Morgan Stanley mentions it today on Bloomberg. You can find the write up about it on the Bloomberg website.” I thanked him for that information and then asked if he could speak more about his credible sources. He said he could say nothing else and that he had done his part. He thanked me for calling…was very cordial. Mona

Just to be clear here, for those of you who are either not paying close attention or have reading comprehension deficit issues:
Global Quantitative Easing is NOT the same thing as World Global Settlements.
Quantitative Easing is Printing money and spraying it on the fire as if that it is water in an attempt to put out the fire.
It is yet another effort as 737Man likes to say, to kick the can down the road. It is yet another movement / counter attack / defense against paying us.
Global Quantitative Easing is not going to get us paid soon.
GLTUA if these Klowns win this one.

IMF says policymakers should use all measures Fri Sep 9, 2011 4:35am EDT Print This Article | Single Page [-] Text [+]
By Matt Falloon
LONDON (Reuters) - Policymakers in advanced economies should use all available tools to boost growth, International Monetary Fund Managing Director Christine Lagarde said on Friday, calling for bold action to weather a "dangerous new phase" of recovery.
Speaking in London, Lagarde also welcomed a $447 billion plan presented by President Barack Obama to boost a sluggish economy and create jobs.
Lagarde said countries facing market pressures must press ahead with urgent fiscal consolidation, while there was scope for slower action in other countries not at the mercy of market forces.
Economic policymakers had to act with "conviction and urgency" in supporting a faltering global economy, she said, giving her blessing to further quantitative easing.
"Policymakers should stand ready, as needed, to take more action to support the recovery, including through unconventional measures," Lagarde said.
Financial markets are watching major central banks keenly for signs they are ready to embark on more stimulus and a Morgan Stanley research note ahead of a G7 meeting speculated bankers could announce some kind of coordinated monetary easing.
But while decisions by the European and British central banks on Thursday to keep interest rates unchanged accentuated the gloom in Europe, neither indicated that a move was imminent.
Wall Street also closed sharply lower on Thursday after Federal Reserve Chairman Ben Bernanke gave no indications of new stimulus in a keenly awaited speech.
Lagarde was due later on Friday to join finance ministers and central bankers from the Group of Seven wealthy nations at a meeting in the French city of Marseilles.
She said that meeting and the IMF annual gathering in Washington should help nations to tailor policies to tackle the specific economic challenges they faced.
"For the advanced economies, there is no question that fiscal sustainability must be restored through credible consolidation plans," she said.
"But we also know that consolidating too quickly will hurt the recovery and worsen job prospects. So the challenge is to find the pace of adjustment that is neither too fast, nor too slow.
"Monetary policy also has a role to play in the advanced economies. Broadly speaking, it should remain highly accommodative, as the risk of recession outweighs the risk of inflation," she said.
Lagarde also said eurozone countries must implement measures agreed on financing in July and warned that some of Europe's banks would need more capital.
"The road ahead may be rocky, but a way forward exists-if we act now. With each country playing their part, we can identify the actions needed to achieve strong, sustainable and balanced growth," she said.
