The only thing they have to fear; is the 9th circuit court overturning the decision that the lower courts can't force these individuals to release a trust held in a private company.
I'm pretty sure thats not going to happen. Actually I'm certain thats not going to happen.
So what exactly is there to fear.

ty display name Eventually today there will be two or three threads about this with the whole thing pasted. But in the meantime, I saw this: FROM Camrhon Proboards/...Global Moderator oilipo Global Moderator Karma: 74 Re: OIL.IPO "Taking Care Of Business" « Reply #2210 Today at 4:27am » -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Looks like the filing is out, and basis for a class action is now being presented in this brief. Also, this is an amended filing. Mentions more defendants to come once named, (not available to plaintiffs today). Also mentions "similarly situated", in reference to the future class action. Yes, they would be included in any future Class Action litigation proceedings according not only to the way this filing reads, but how he, Hodges represents the way damages were collected initially (the intention of which) for those plaintiffs more importantly by Maheu himself apparently so, + IMHO. Punitive damages now entertained. I like this filing very much. No. 11-55169 IN THE UNITED STATES COURT OF APPEALS FOR THE NINTH CIRCUIT/AUGUST 23rd EOM Read more: camrhon.proboards.com/index.cgi?board=safe&action=display&thread=6828&page=74#ixzz1VxiEm3N3

I say many many many times the court order says there is no trust and if there is a trust the CMKX shareholders are not entitled to the trust money and that is what I say about the court order.
The government now say in filing the CMKX shareholders are not entitled to the money.
This set up by the government from the beginning is like a ladder and the government did sneaky things step by step to help build the final death to Mr. Hodges lawsuit.

I had this sick feeling( for a long time) that Hodges was sent here to put the final nail in the CMKX coffin. IMO GLTA

I jsut wonder why we are giving the gov't so much time and trusting them..they are obviously not helping us so if we have the "goods" we need to slam them with the goods and get this done. Get paid and/or bring down the house!!

Hodges: anti-shareholder? Yikes! I can't believe that! Then, why did you say it? Why is Mr. Hodges not responding to/ignoring Mr. Fryar? Everyday that goes by without him responding to Mr. Fryar makes me think that Mr. Hodges has ulterior motives. At this point in time, I do not give a flying **** if you ban me, scold me or whatever!!!!
Mr. Fryar is a PAID friend of the shareholders, if Mr. Hodges is ignoring Mr. Fryar, then Mr. Hodges' has some explaining to do. PS Imminent has expired over a year ago.....

Why should Mr.Hodges waste time with Mr.Fryar when Mr.Hodges is working to get us paid? To help some non-believers become believers?
