triple_14: harv:Blowing down the door is not recommended and we are doing it on our terms. I realize that may sound wrong, although that is the truth. Every step we have taken is by the way of standing on the right side of the law. Every time we held firm to the law there are others who believe they can side step the law and make their own rules. When these people/government make their own rules it is documented. That is what makes us on the winning side and we will be paid. As for the F&P, Shareholders will be greatly surprised the significance at that moment. Both the F&P and Trust are NO small potatoes. YES WE ARE AT THE DOOR and the door knob is turning and the lock on the door has been removed. Harv triple_14: millionaires.proboards.com/index.cgi?board=main&action=display&thread=40855&page=3

Someone sure got stung by a sting: autos.yahoo.com/news/feds-pressue-african-dictator-s-son-to-surrender-ferrari--michael-jackson-s-glove.htmlIn a case kept hidden from public view until last week, the U.S. Department of Justice says it's pursuing more than $32 million in assets from Teodoro Nguema Obiang Mangue, whose father Teodoro Obiang Nguema Mbasogo has ruled over oil-rich Equatorial Guinea for 32 years -- and has been accused by authorities around the world of illicitly siphoning hundreds of millions of dollars for himself and his family......A 2010 U.S. Senate report detailed how Obiang the younger, known as Teodorin, had moved $110 million into the United States through shell companies and anonymous transactions.......While the U.S. Department of Justice has said a probe into Obiang had been ongoing since 2004

Well, it appears the judge ruled against the DOJ, Hodges will be allowed to file.
I guess that is a positive, but it rules out the rumor they were working together on settlement.

The black farmers are getting 1.2 billion. The cmkx drama is fun to keep up with according to the alleged money involved. Hodges suit must have some merit to be going on this long. Maybe, just maybe if his brief has any meat or substance in it then it will force a settlement...wishful thinking
