We get to read the DOJ's response?? Here is another FOREX exchange that was posted approximately 1 year ago today. According to this operator, they are usually given a 2-3 week notice before a currency begins trading.

Shaun: There has not been any plans to trade it at the moment due to low liquidity and potential instability.
lewis: IF they were to trade it someday, how much notice would they give the public?
Shaun: There is not necessarily a specific time frame. Generally, we find out we will be adding a currency 2-3 weeks prior to adding it as a currency pair.
lewis: do you know what the last currency was that was added? and when?
Shaun: We added EUR/PLN along with USD/ZAR about a month ago.
lewis: So a currency, ex. the dinar, wouldn't just be magically added overnight without a lot of notice? or could it?
Shaun: No it would not.

We NEED and DESERVE real answers regarding OUR investment. And don't give me this Al doesn't owe us anything Bull$hit either. Al has no right to string us along for two years with this 'payment is imminent BS' and then start the new year out with an update that is confirmed nonsense within days.
Al's update was Bull$hit.....Some might even call it 'repititious' Bull$hit.
Yes I am mad and angry..... and can't fathom going another year of 'this is bigger than all of us could imagine' nonsense. I don't think anyone is demanding money now, I would just like to know that this is all real and we are not wasting our time. I would just like to hear something confirmed from a credible source not connected to Al. And when they speak, I would actually like them to use their real name....not cute Disney like characters such as POOF, or CASPER, or the Mad white Hatter.
Is that too much to ask? Am I being unrealistic?

We have in fact won the war and proof of that is forthcoming....lets see that proof and demand it if we don't. Well...I agree to an extent...but Al has indicated in this update as well as prior updates that there are incredible circumstances that exist here...there are formidable individuals...well financed....politically adept....do we need to say more....it takes time....I believe that this is one of THEE.best updates we've had in a few years....prove me WRONG......

I am trying my hardest to believe in this New Years Eve message.... However it is most difficult due to no evidence for any of it coming into fruition. What we have been fed.... 1. Tied to WGS not tied to WGS now tied to WGS 2. Tied to Dinar RV...off again on again 3. POTUS holding up release of funds 4. Global Intelligence being fined X amount daily until funds released. 5. Bivens case: Is Al now going to withdraw the case since we have won and settlement is coming in a few days? Also note that Al thought he would be able to state on 12/31 the funds were released but that did not happen. So the message had to say the Dinar will RV on Jan 1 and that will release our funds. As we all know Jan 1 has come and gone. Why should we think that Al's prognostication is any better this time?..as stated its now Jan 2nd and nothing. I give Al credit from what I have seen and read about this guy he has given his life to this effort. What would drive someone so deep into into a cause without knowing something?  ? Once again, happy new year to all.
I Know that this update made many shareholders happy for the shear fact that Hodges is still positive.
I am glad he is positive also.. even though.. i have no clue if it really has anything to do with dinar.. or that is just excuse.. or what is really going on.
I just hope he does indeed have real reasons to be optimistic.. at the outcome and us getting paid.
For obvious reasons to me.. I can not follow this day by day or even week by week, having years under my belt.. following this.. there is no way i can wait for dinar to be trading on 1/1/12.... or follow when it could .. if that is really connected at all..
Either which way.. roi would be great.. this year.

Tyler denies any evidence of a trust! Bob Maheu refered to CMKX as a mistake and his son Peter adamantly denies any involvement. There is literally noone else to ask!! PR, I admire your devotion to Al......heck, I am sure he is a great guy, but we (as shareholders) are looking at another year of rumors and promises that never come to fruition. There is absolutely no way something of this magnitude stays hidden from the mainstream media for this long. If the Dinar was truly about to re-val, it would have already been reported. These ridiculous stories about how their brother John has a friend that cashed - in yesterday in Kuwait are silly and insulting... but all too familiar for CMKX shareholders as we to have been on the verge of 'cashing - in' for years.
