Ok, let me get this straight. ACCA is now our spokesman? Not Al. Not Dennis. Not Tyler(wherever they are), not Bob H, not Harv, not Transfer Online, not Peter Mahue, not Urban, not the SEC or some other government agency? And this makes sense how?
Are we all living in some parallel universe or what?
I believe a real explanation is warranted at this point in time. Please, powers that be, show us shareholders some respect and give us an overdue explanation of what has, is and will transpire. PLEASE.
Another reason I personally would like an explanation is that my father is literally in his death bed and has but a few weeks or so to live. He always respectfully and kindly asks me what's going on with the stock and I have never been able to give him a firm answer. I am going up to visit him for perhaps my last time this weekend and I would love to be able to give him an answer with some real substance behind it. Powers that be, is that really asking for that much?
Thank you and GLTA! o2b

From what I have been told by my source, who is very high up and close to the action, payment is imminent, and coming soon, before Christmas, or before the end of the year at the very latest.

Tony, Hodges and Frizzell are both white knights
so I guess everyone involved is a nut job.

This was new, for what it's worth. I PM'd jwlob on another board and (not a direct quote) he's hoping for closure to this by Dec 4th. Closure, I take it to mean one way or the other.
I'm not in any way suggesting we're going to have a settlement forthcoming for those who found my post amusing, I'm passing along an opinion from someone who's been around the boards a long time and has a fairly level headed opinion on things.
I want this to end, one way or the other myself, it's gone on way too long.

Not that I'm speaking for JWLOB, but I think his post and PM is more suggestive of him considering it's over on 12/4. And, in reality it is. Either Hodges' opening brief provides legitimate case law as to why the dismissal was ruled inapropriately (not to mention it needs to provide plenty of song and dance material to appease the followers) then it's pretty much game over

Hopefully at least some did as it is in dire need of fresh blood. Apparently has some teeth too, given what happened with the IR this week. Also I read IR and BOD were buddies and they all JUMPED SHIP! I wonder if they gave back their shares? If these inside guys are bailing out there must be a serious problem brewing jmo. I am sure all the cmkx bulls would write they bailed cuz cmkxers getting paid we don't need Tyler any longer rofl. anny By: goodolboy27 03 Nov 2011, 05:38 PM EDT Rating: Msg. 1045340 of 1045391 (Reply to 1045337 by raginganny) Jump to msg. # Yeah ,willy, I have no doubt some will interpret that as well. Fact is the company has litigations that need funding, asset that needs selling, assets that need judgments filed against, shareholder who deserve to be treated with a bit more candor than they currently have been, a new direction that is not afraid to confront issues openly and decisively. The way I see it is CMKM's future is sketchy at best, but it really has no hope with the current board.

I was working on continuing education and I found something interesting....
“A shareholder (singular) may bring an action for dissolution if the board of directors has committed fraud, waste, oppression, or misapplication of corporate funds. Dissolution may also be sought by the shareholders if the board of directors is deadlocked and the corporate business may no longer be conducted in a manner advantageous to the shareholder.”
Have you ever wondered why CMKM has not disclosed the 2010 financials?
