I don't understand how Hodges can be repeatedly lied to and deceived by so many, yet he refuses to expose the bad guys. Will we be here 6 months, a year, 2 years waiting on this be to be resolved? This is ridiculous on so many levels. We have not received an update from Hodges in almost a year, yet we are told regularly by 'those in the know' that payment is imminent 'this week'.........When does this end? or does it?

Ignoring, or not talking publicly about? pr What makes Bill think they won't do this crap again?? Skoondog IMO, they are ignoring. Frizzell told me that the goal is to trade again. He stated that they did not want to ruffle the feathers of the SEC with the naked short issue.

All this talk about the Tyler BOD means nothing.. Hodges has 30 days to tell the story... John, Could you elaborate on your statement? The shareholders have been told over & over again that we are witnessing 2 separate undertakings (not saying that is what I believe) . One (Hodges suit) having nothing to do with the other (Tyler CMKM Diamonds)? So is there anything you KNOW or believe that causes you to connect the 2 as having an affect on each other? law suit vs trading again? TIA SINGLE I'm seeing what your seeing.. I just know that Hodges has to answer by 12/05/2011.. I don't care about Tyler..

In other words... I hope Tyler is smart enough to take care of them self.. I was Hoping they were on there way out of town and Hodges was done with the Pay-Day.. I guess we will see in 30 days.. If not, I'm out of here.. Can't take anymore and I'm sure most on these boards will just move on If Hodges doesn't dismiss this case and have payment issued to the shareholders..

D4E,, ..... wake up! ..... Tyler will never trade with the current O/S which means a massive R/S which means short gets R/Sed by same ratio....trading again is not a threat to anyone Just remember, the TA is the key. By keeping the TA active we can bring the company back to trading status. IF we go back to trading, the stock holders of record can demand their shares be delivered by the brokers. This would mean they need to cover all the NSS's. This is exactly why the brokers paid into the trust, to keep from having to cover the NSS's. I believe by keeping the TA active this is the single most important lever we have. If we were to force the BOD to bring us back to trading unless we get paid NOW, I think the brokers have enough influence to force the trust to be disbursed. It all ties in. If the NSS's are forced to be covered, the oversight of the SEC on the whole matter will come to light. This is exactly what the SEC is paying the F&P to cover up. So again, the maintaing of the TA is the key to it all. Tyler has been persuing nickel and dime lawsuits to maintain the funds needed to keep the TA active. Now that the BOD is to be upgraded to business savvy leaders, I believe that they are finally calling their bluff (whoever is holding up the money). With the real threat of going back to trading, whether it is as CMKM or as NewCorp will finally force the hand. Well, this is the way I see it. So yes! The BOD upgrade is very good news. IMO D4E

IMO D4E It's all about a Co. that's still here ( Private) that was damaged by the Market... If the SEC was doing their job and stopped the Market from Shorting this stock, then it would have been another story.. The defense is, CMKX-CMKM may have been able to hit the Mother load by now, if they were to go forward.. We will never tell.. But we are still sitting here with our shares in our hand Praying someone collects on the damage.. Easy as that..

Im actually starting to believe that Hodges is working with Tyler to steal the company assets. Briwadd asked why he won't release the NSS evidence while continually being lied too? Either he is the biggest puss ever for an attorney and scared to or it's all a lie while they finish the theft of the claims. Why won't he update us? What happened to Fryar? What's all this crap about the BOD resigning? I'll tell you, more BS to keep us distracted. Acca, Seeking, BH and a few others are part of it. Acca comes in and says payment in 2 weeks, seeking immediatly claims thats false thru her "uncle" Al. Uncle Al never rejects or supports any theories put forth, why, because the less he says the easier it is to keep us confused. Al keeps putting out all thoise crazy White Knight reports, way more confussion. Bh comes in once in a while and calms the masses with some bunch of BS written in code, just like Jay's ships, planes and buses, and just like many other much smaller "gurus" who made predictions then disappeared, probably all the same person. What happened to that Ltkk clown? what happened to all the other gurus over the years that were so involved and had inside info and have now disappeared? What happened to all the plaintiffs that were so involved, we havent heard from any of them in a long time. Where's Gus been? Ever notice how he kinda looks like UC, both from Canada. Did anyone know that you can't be extradited from Canada if there is a pending court case against you? Are Gus's cases designed so that UC can't be extradited? As far as this conglomerate that everyone thinks exists, we have never seen one shred of proof of this, why would a big company like this be secret and by now someone somewhere would have uncovered this and spilled the beans. I could go on and on but the bottom line for me is that Al is not dong the right thing and all the rest of it is designed to keep us from doing anything about it. Prove me wrong! I want to be wrong, I have been many times in my life but I dont think I am about this....Have fun with this one, Im going to a bday party for a 7 yr old, which should be more fun than any of this ever was...

More games by BH..why don't you go quiet and fix all the viruses on your computer.. ===== triple_14: Interesting... the British are complaining that the ATM machines for several major banks are not doing any transactions this weekend leaving people in a bind. This is quite unusual, especially for a society that is used to instant access to their funds. All the best, BHollenegg

Found this on another site, could this be the Jefferies that was involved with shorting our stock?
If so, it looks as though they may be history soon.
2011-11-06 — cnn.com
`` The contagion from the rapid downfall of the once little-known financial firm MF Global continues to spread through Wall Street. The investment bank Jefferies is the latest potential casualty. Dozens of Jefferies hedge fund clients are scrambling to find another investment bank where they can warehouse client's money and execute trades, according to sources in the prime brokerage divisions at three competing banks. These sources said they spent all day Thursday fielding calls from hedge funds who could be potential clients. ''

Dozens of Jefferies hedge fund clients are scrambling to find another investment bank - That will allow them to sell any and every share Ex Clearing or allow pervasive , excessive naked short selling whenever the F they want ie CMKX and infamous Jeffries letter "A firm descision to process these trades Ex Clearing " "Failed to report 112 billion shares to the tape " "Recreate the universe where we can report these trades" Methinks the universe was not recreated for these and others "
