Before the records were sealed & still public, we saw what Ginger delivered to the government, Justice will be served. Please pass that along to your cousin as, in your own words, your connection to Urban, is real. I guess anyone can guess/ theorize, what has happened or what will happen ...... BUT, I still believe noone, on these boards, knows WTH is going on. Some things just didn't/don't add up. And I have a way of asking the questions that usually don't want to be answered. Today's email between myself and Steve Kirkpatrick, CEO/President CMKM Diamonds Inc.
... you come to your ownconclusion(s), ... I have.
Sent: Monday, June 18, 2012 12:04 PM To: stevek@cmkmdiamondsinc.com Subject: just a couple of questions ...
thanks again for taking the time to read this email ...
just a couple of quick questions:
1. how many shares of it's own stock does CMKM own?
2. you have stated that you only became a shareholder recently. Where did your shares originate? Did you buy them ... and if so, from whom? Or were they given to you?
thanks again, just trying to put all the pieces together
From: Steve Kirkpatrick (stevek@cmkmdiamondsinc.com) Sent: Mon 6/18/12 12:54 PM To: 'mister travelerone3' (travelerone3@hotmail.com)
Here are your answers:
1. In approximate terms, the company holds 17B shares in reserve. (703B – 686B = 17B)
2. I only have 2,000,000 shares, which were bought in 2010. I have some local shareholder friends who asked me to buy some shares of a mysterious stock for their father – they were convinced that a huge lump-sum payment was imminent, and wanted their father to have some of the action (Hodges settlement). I sent them $1,200 and they bought him 2M shares, and apparently had enough cash left to buy me 2M shares. I did not even know the ticker symbol or company name at the time my shares were bought. Apparently my shares were bought from Marco Glisson. I have not been given any shares.
I hope this provides the answers you seek. Take care….

It's never been a secret of how difficult our battle has been...the only anmunition that we;ve been given is 50,000 shareholders and the internet....records have been kept...everything is locked in and we have a group that will continue to keep this alive versus walking away and letting this die....now we have message board terrorists that come here to attack daily...it's just about discouraging us... I HOPE PEOPLE READ THIS OVER AND OVER AND SHARE IT WITH EVERYONE THAT THEY KNOW.... At the end of the case, the mobsters went to jail and the Wall Street firms were not prosecuted by the D.O.J. or the SEC. On May 2, 2006, one of the participants, Knight Equities, made a blanket settlement with the SEC, without admitting or denying guilt for any and all stock manipulations from 1999 to 2004. In addition to not prosecuting the Wall Street firms, the SEC did not notify the victim companies or their shareholders that they had been victimized. Eagletech only found out by happenstance later, and was able to file a civil suit against the Wall Street firms before the statute of limitations lapsed. LOOK AT THE DOJ WITH FAST AND FURIOUS...18 MONTHS AND COUNTING AND THAT'S WITH CONGRESSMAN AND SENATORS ACTUALLY FIGHTING FOR THE TRUTH... WALL STREET WILL DRAG THIS OUT FOR AS LONG AS HUMANLY POSSIBLE...THE MESSAGE BOARD TERRORISTS KNOW THIS!!!!! THEY USE THIS AS ANMINUTION...THEY KNOW THIS WILL DRAG OUT AND HOPE THAT WE WILL GET DISCOURAGED AND JUST WALK AWAY.... WE HAVE MORE INFORMATION THAN MOST...WE KNOW THAT THE SEC IS COVERING UP A LOT....WE KNOW THAT THERE ARE INDIVIDUALS THAT DO KNOW THE COMPLETE TRUTH...IT WILL COME OUT.... WHEN YOU GET TO THE END OF YOUR ROPE...KEEP THIS HANDY AND KNOW THEY CAN'T COVER IT UP FOREVER... By: goodolboy27 21 Jun 2012, 03:17 PM CDT fung, I think their ineptitude led them to becoming opportunists. I gave them the benefit of the doubt until evidence of manipulation was factually verified. You see it as the paradox. Tyler is suing the right individuals and going after the right assets. That I have no issue with. I also believe they deserve to be paid for their services when justified. Where I have issue is the apparent double dipping. You see, in the judgment against UC et al and the court order canceling 20 billion of their shares, a value was determined for those shares. How or why is not mine to question, but it was established at .000205. Currently, Kevin West is owed pack salary around $200k. If, however, he received shares in lew of cash then the same value must be applied. My guess is that he receive anywhere between 4 and 6 billion shares as payment. At .000205 that equates to $205,000 per billion shares. UC provided Kevin an employment contract with a salary of $10k per month or $120k per year. Kevin reduced his salary to half that somewhere along the line. But lets say he maintained that salary for 5 years. 5 years base salary = $600,000 5 billion shares @ .000205 = $1,025,000 So, why would we owe Kevin a dime when it appears he owed the company?

Puffs, you know I like you, you're an asset to the board. That being said, there's no disputing that he's a real attorney but the Bivens action has shown nothing so far. It's also a fact that Mr. Hodges was on the BOD of the company behind Chris Story and World Reports, the biggest bunch of conspiracy theorists out there. The letters to the Queen etc, what was up with that?
Personally this whole Bivens action has lost all credibility with me, period. I am willing to bet that either we'll all be here the same time next year with no answers, or the Bivens action will be gone, no settlement, no WGS, no Dinar RV and no big payout for shareholders.
Is there any way for us to recoup some of our money? I have no idea whatsoever, maybe there's someone out there willing to pay $.008333 for mine, I'll gladly take it, lol.

Good morning all. citybear I totally understand what you're saying and why you feel that way. But! lol Why was his case not summarily dismissed by the judge? I found this on the net and think it may explain some of what is happening in our case. "If you have a claim against the feds, often your only option is to sue the federal government under the Federal Tort Claims Act (FTCA). Unfortunately, suing the federal government under the FTCA is trickier than suing a private citizen -- you will have to jump through a number of hoops, and the lawsuits are subject to a lengthy and sometimes confusing list of limitations." It's the lenghty part that really caught my attention. I also think Al's stories about the wigs etc. was a way to keep shareholders posting because he needed us to stay active and show the courts that we will not just fade away because of the SEC's delay tactics. Anyway I'm betting on Al's efforts to out last them. Of course this is all in my opinion.

Anyone have any info?

A couple of thoughts:
1) How would that be any different from what Deli did?
2) If true we must not have "won" as AH states.
3) If we did "win", he sold shares for .0083? Seriously? What happened to all the big numbers?

Hodges stock sale..
I was contacted by the individual with the information in 2011....This person had knowledge of this Hodges stock transaction. As told to me, Hodges had sold 6 million shares for $50,000.00 to supposedly "Seeking's father"... and promised payout when the big trust payout came in..
I asked him if he knew if Hodges got this man a stock certificate.. I believe he said no. He said Hodges told the guy he would just pay him when the money came in.
Hodges was smart here... as if no stock certificate was shown on the TA records, then he couldn't be accused of pumping through the Bivens action..
So he promised the guy payment when the "trust was released"..
When I was talking with FBI agent Burkin, I passed on the person's contact info and asked Mr. Burkin to contact this person and verify the story..
I called Mr. Burkin later and he told me he talked to this person and he verified the story as told to me..
And that is it in a nutshell...

By: TrueDat 27 Jun 2012, 11:36 AM CDT Clem, alot has been said about what is being pursued by the company. I assume you do know whats going on with the Wells case or are you just a thumb sitter who just sits and complains and takes no time to follow anything execpt gurus.
By: TrueDat 27 Jun 2012, 12:39 PM CDT what I KNOW about this case, I read in documents and court filings. Exactly what do you think anyone here can do about it, its being done already. bmcs settled for an undisclosed amount..that wasnt too shabby. Their case is identical to ours with one exception. where they were suing over 7 billion shares illegally medallion stamped at the bank, we had over 250 billion stamped, so a much larger case! We have the same lawyer. So.. why would ANYONE in cmkx.. who wants at least SOME retribution for what was done to us, try to derail that? Save the platitudes, just please answer that question.

hmmm... I sure see things different than some of you.
1. If my memory serves me right...seeking said Al was a friend of her family. IF the rumor he sold is true, Al must feel pretty confident of a payoff... think about it... would you take $50,000 for a few million shares of worthless stock from a friend?? I look at this tidbit as positive!
2. It's been pretty common knowledge, that Al has been footing the bill for our case (including travel). I would much rather him sell a few shares of his stock to help pay for his time and overhead... it keeps us from having to pay a lawyer big bucks to fight this battle!!
Just my 2 cents...

At least this will give everyone something to be distracted with whilst spooks can do whatever spooks do in the shadows. Notice the particular direction Steve Kirkpatrick is already taking this:
"The BOD will be ‘forward looking’ and will NOT serve as a research department or a group determined to solve problems from past CMKM issues, unless money and assets can be brought back into company coffers from those efforts."
Combine this with the indications given by Steve Kirkpatrick that the counterfeiting of CMKX shares cannot be pursued. It comes down to this: Nothing to see here. Move along.
A new compartment of this massive compartmentalization project has just opened up shop. Welcome everyone!

How can any company move forward and not solve the problems of the past to learn and prevent the same happening in the forward future? Very much like the 6 Big Banks in the US, ignore the problems of the past and move forward doing the same thing.
That does not bode well with this shareholder.

Deep Throat special researcher Re: Dear Jerry _ From Sneakerbabe's Friend « Reply #23 Yesterday at 4:31pm » Dear Jerry, This is how stupid you are. You filed a lawsuit in Texas and had just cause. You had CMKX Tyler by the balls. All you had to do is squeeze. If you would have squeezed, you could have asked to see the documents before you settled and signed off in the agreement. If you would have squeezed, you would have made it a condition of the settlement to first see the documents. This way you would have had the judge behind you to see the documents. But you did not squeeze, Jerry. This gave CMKX Tyler the opportunity to change venue and incorporate in Alabama. This is how stupid you are, Jerry.

wildfire against the U.S. world of Finance?
Does Hakala know more than you do at this point if you cannot see that she knows she has to walk across fire to keep a secret?
Did proving the NS set in motion a bunch of latter ponzi scheming men like Stanford and Madoff? and get them in prison asap?
Was that FAST so the SEC could brag when all this hits the fan and comes out to the Media.. is there a time line..? is there a time the SEC is going to be flying in the open wind nekkid?
did the SEC want some obvious bragging rights .. 'see joe public.. we fixed the problem!'
it adds up perfectly,.. Maheu showed Hakala just what Urban HAS.. and what he HELD... Hakala had to punt.. and the SEC danced.. the world financial mess is changing.. someONE is HOLDING the ACE and the only obvious thing the SEC/countries got was some TIME... tic toc...
but not much in their way of looking at it.. the world flipped upside down in the financials.. and cmkx'ers heard in ADVANCE..yes, we did... we heard of the BASEL III BEFORE the banking world did.. no tellers .. no managers.. no private bankers knew or still know what the world BASEL II or III was about.. until now when its finally hit the fan
What we HOLD "IN" the CERT has to be HOT....
something yellow... or ?? but we HOLD it... and they couldn't fight it..
Which Country won getting it? Minerals dictate now...................when didn't they?

Jump to msg. # MAILMAN....THE SAME PEOPLE THAT HAVE MUZZLED BILL FRIZELL MAY WELL BE MUZZELING KOCH:
DOCUMENTS SHOW:
From Roger Glenn's Deposition to the SEC, it's clear that Roger Glenn felt UC was getting claims and holding them through his JVs and subsidiaries.
We also now have evidence that Emerson Koch received a lot of money (nearly $6 million) and that he and his family also received a huge number of CMKX shares (>48 Billion).
The documents indicate that at least some of the funds given to Emerson Koch were set aside in a Trust Fund registered to Emerson's 101047025 Saskatchewan LTD. company, Trust Number No. 00295-001, Account No. 1100-158.
From these documents, including Roger Glenn's deposition, we can only speculate that Mr. Koch's involvement was to protect or hide some of CMKM Diamond's original mineral claims.
