Why did maheu get involved AT ALL!? Why agree to come on board a .0001 company? Just because he liked a challenge? That BS about solving problems!?
That is just a lie. Obviously. There are a million problems in the world, all more important than a random .0001 company. So if he wanted to solve a problem or conquer a challenge, there were plenty of other more reasonable opportunities in the world to tackle. Furthermore, if he was so interested in solving problems, wouldn't he have shown up instead of NEVER ATTENDING anything cmkx related as said by stocklein in one of the earlier posts?
I know what the faulk interview said. basically Michael Williams just showed up and asked if he would help urban get compliant. Which again sounds made up to me. Some guy you know just wants you to get involved in a .0001 company? And you say yeah sure why not? A smart business person would never get involved in this for starters.
dyemenzMaheu was a commodity, he lent his name to other businesses, he's almost 90 years old. Everything he states is about becoming Compliant, for CMKM. It's why they are at his home and Robert Maheu knows his name carries some clout. He doesn't do it for free, he came in with a $40,000 per month salary. Urban bounced his checks but Robert Maheu told us, he didn't want to walk away from the shareholders, he isn't built to quit.
There's no way the SEC wasn't going to revoke us if Stoecklein & Maheu couldn't get financials. Ginger promised, Kinney promised, DeSormeau promised, Urban promised but they're not coming up with things that showed they committed fraud. It's not until the SEC at the end of 2005 begins subpoena process & deposition, the company is chasing people in 2007, that all these documents start flowing.
Usually when Maheu barks, people jump. Don is telling Maheu what he is being told, they're getting documents. They have some meaningless things which don't help, as per Don. Maheu isn't the only ex FBI guy to ever be used. Altaf Nazerali, the guy that was suing over Deep Capture, used an FBI guy for credibility. Who btw, in Canada, Edwards was about 15 miles from.
Imagis. explain this one..
The company chairman has been Oliver "Buck" Revell, the one-time head of antiterrorism activities for the Federal Bureau of Investigation. Mr. Revell worked under FBI directors from J. Edgar Hoover to William Sessions, eventually rising to the highest career-official position in the bureau, where he was responsible for all national criminal investigations and antiterrorism activities."
Familiar? It was Nazerali’s best score for credibility. Revell never asked for or saw an audited (or unaudited) statement of his fund's holdings or performance. Never spoke to a single investor in any of the funds. Never asked for his employment history, a D&B report on his group, or even information on his alleged foundation. Never even visited his office. Only running a check and finding Nazerali’ s CEO, or hedge funder, had no criminal records.
www.redherring.com/Home/4456 What?
Urban Casavant had no criminal record whatsoever. He's been in lawsuits, but that's not a crime. John Edwards didn't have a criminal record. If Peter Maheu checked Global Intelligence, their records, came back clean. Michael Williams isn't the main player here for Maheu, he's the connector & won't be a Director anyway. Urban's hiding what he's doing by keeping things out of his name, I don't think they knew Edwards was dumping while Maheu's a director until it hit the fan, with the MSL. Uhh Ohh.
At almost 90 this isn't a strenuous job, it's Compliancy which Bob knows. It's a good salary, no criminal records. They pursued him. I think even Don thought it would be a good job for Bob, he comes on board with Maheu. Stoecklein made $350,000, when Don quit for not being paid, Urban found the money somewhere, Bob got the shaft.
other than this Bingo, it's whatever you think..have a good night!
Bingo123So basically you are saying maheu, at 90 years old, was just in it for a quick buck, and when he saw it was a bad situation and money wasn't there, he bailed out? I will never understand how a 90 year old guy would get involved with a .0001 company just to get it "compliant", IE to file some paperwork. If he was just in it for a quick buck because he thought it would be easy and no stress, well ok. Did he need the money at 90 years old?
So I guess we are screwed then,
according to you. Merry Christmas. Life sucks. Thanks for talking anyway.

MAHEU didn't trust the Feds at all. They let the men he organized die in the Bay of Pigs invasion because the Feds wouldn't supply air support. They broke promises to him and men died. Do you think he forgot that? My guess is CMKM has a 'second tape recorder' stashed somewhere, in case the first plan was sabotaged, which I am sure happened. No, I don't have any proof. What else would take so long? Now that the CMKM story has infiltrated dinar sites, White Hat sites, Poof, Etc., everyone is an expert. I don't think Maheu worked that way. There are experts out there somewhere, but they are few and far between. People believe in 'missions' more than money, so I doubt it's just about the money. CMKM is part of a mission, I believe, and the mission isn't finished yet. All IMO. eom.
