For those of us who like to watch dates, I have one. Hodges mentioned that when all was done, “every country will have asset-backed currency”. The only US currency news I’ve seen recently is that of the new 100-dollar bill being issued on 08 October 2013. Now, maybe this is a stretch, but the new 100-dollar bill was supposed to be issued in 2010, and was delayed due to a printing problem, which produced unwanted creases in the bills. So, they fixed the feed mechanism on the printing press, which took three years. Three (3) years. To fix the feed mechanism…of the printing press. Perhaps they hired Wallace and Gromit to fix it, or maybe the people printing our money are not complete morons and they were waiting for something else. At any rate, if there’s going to be any new currency I reckon we’ll find out on 08 October at the latest.

LOL! Roberto it seems you bought it HOOK, LINE & SINKER! ;D MBC, Me thinks you are correct! I always enjoy watching someone try to be a scholar by summarizing and never analyzing or even providing substantive argument. Blind trust is simply blind. Mike Wow... Now even some of our normally respectful posters are hurling insults at those they don't agree with. I've come to expect it from some, who contribute nothing but single-sentence doom and gloom opinions... but this is very disappointing. Ed

Some things, especially non-contributory opinions of others, are better left unsaid. Mike

Thank you Wyatt... for being a voice of reason in the storm. I know this hurts. We all would have liked to have heard something more definitive in the way of payments to come. But, Wyatt's "Spot ON"... while some have been most unkind to Al, and have made all kinds of outrageous and hurtful claims... at least he and the Plaintiffs were trying. It's easy to complain... it's much harder to do. That takes commitment and courage... and a willingness to put their time and financial resources on the line. And, I for one applaud their efforts.
Thank you Al... Thank you Lt Col David Anderson... Thank you Lt Col Nelson Reynolds... Thank you Sheila Morris... Thank you Patrick Cluney... Thank you Robert Hollenegg... Thank you Allen Treffry... Thank you Reece "Wyatt" Hamilton..
You have my utmost respect and greatest appreciation.
AIMO,

BHollenegg : The Listener is an astute individual. I have always respected the Listener and still do.
I spoke with the Listener on the message he wrote about the good cop bad cop scenario. I expressed my disappointment in what he wrote. This scenario was taking facts, mixing it with opinions, and then making an untruth situation presented as fact....for example... Jack was seen at three of the four crime scenes. Several witnesses/victims identified Jack was definitely the one they saw at the crime scene. Some of the witnesses/victims stated that they saw the weapon in Jack's hand at the last crime scene. When questioned by the judge, Jack confirmed he was the one at the crime scenes. Jack also stated he has the weapon that was used in all four crime scenes. We can conclude with the information presented that Jack is guilty and is the criminal. It all fits the situation. However, the most important piece of information not presented ... Jack is the police officer who investigated and solved the crime.
The Listener did some thorough investigation after reading Attorney Hodges’s Richmond Report. What the Listener found has changed his views from the good cop bad cop scenario he wrote. I hope the Listener will provide a statement to the Shareholders clarifying this issue.
Attorney Hodges went through the legal system to release the funds. Attorney Hodges in his last report conveyed the Shareholders will be paid and compensated for the delays. Attorney Hodges will continue to do what needs to be done to release the funds.
Thank you, BHollenegg

Did he have a phone conference with SK last night? I bet this post gives SK a case of the red backside!! I don't know why his post would--much more be it any of Steve's business what he says. Remember, he's "board elect" not a BOD member. And at the rate the company is progressing...likely won't be seated until 2014. I hope its sooner, but it doesn't seem likely. pr

Steve is just going to have to accept that he will always play second fiddle to Hodges. The overwhelming majority of shareholders remain tuned in because of the dream, not the business venture.

I don't know about second fiddle, but I do agree until he presents something compelling, focus will be on the dream. It's had 8 years plus to germinate...Steve's control of the stagnate company is only 18 months old.

I agree with Bri...it's the pursuit of the dream..that keeps me focused...I hold very little hope for me,,that the company will become viable in the remaining time I have in my life...for me it hasn't passed the smell test....but then again....that's me imho....

Interesting to watch the different reactions to Mr. Hodges update. No door was slammed... in fact the complete opposite has happened.... The door was left wide open.... Just trying to figure out if Al left the the door wide open1. for those who still believe , will still support and want to remain with hope..... OR2. Did He leave the door wide open so those others would have the opportunity to walk out, keep going and never look back... SINGLE

SINGLE Single, AH did not "leave the door wide open" the highest court slammed it shut on the bivens. AH said so himself. If AH wanted to lerave the door open he would release the trust paperwork for all bonafides to see and choose their course of action, but he hasn't and that effectively slammed the door shut! IMHO

e362, Doesn't seem like AL HODGES has locked up shop, bolted the doors and/or thrown away the key..... I don't see where AL Hodges has stated, there is No money, No hope, It's over, Go home, we're done or anything that even remotely resembles those statements. IMO....AL HODGES has in fact left the door open...... To each their own.... Take it or Leave it ......
If you are ONLY talking about the "Bivens Suit" then yes I agree the SUPREME COURT ( not Mr Hodges) has slammed the door on the SUIT.
Just sayin' SINGLE
