Hello Shareholders, When I first embarked on this journey to verify the funds and to do whatever is legally possible to release the funds, I contacted Attorney Hodges. I was warned it would be a difficult battle to get the funds released early because the release was time event driven. Attorney Hodges and Associates, and Plaintiffs filed a lawsuit when the funds were not released after the events occurred.
Attorney Hodges fought this battle with more determination, more money and time (both personal and professional), than any individuals or entities I am aware of associated with CMKX. Attorney Hodges continues to work on and monitor the release of the funds. My utmost appreciation to Attorney Hodges, Dennis Smith, Associates and other attorneys. With the lawsuit out of the way, I feel it is only appropriate at this time for the CEO of CMKX to provide the information to the shareholders, which includes the information received from Attorney Hodges.
I spoke with CEO Steve Kirkpatrick. CEO Kirkpatrick was briefed about the funds by Attorney Hodges. CEO Steve Kirkpatrick has made it known the company's position on the funds that they have not seen evidence of any funds collected for the shareholders. I have requested for Attorney Hodges to provide all the details and evidence of the funds to CEO Kirkpatrick. Upon verification of funds, CEO Kirkpatrick will use what assets are available to expedite the release of the funds to the shareholders. Thank you shareholders, admin and mods, Attorney Hodges and Associates, and CEO Kirkpatrick for all you have provided and accomplished for the CMKX Shareholders.
All the best BHollenegg

If Hodges was going to share evidence, he would have already done so. No way will he share anything of value with Steve K...in my opinion.

If you want something done, release the information to the shareholders. We are the company's biggest asset.

IF Al would release any evidence to SK what kind of action would the company take? ANOTHER LAWSUIT? ..... I'm also thinking that this post by Bhollen means another drop dead date has past and the " miscreants" have reneged again!

I spoke SK recently... He not only is of the frame of mind that the company has not seen any evidence but also is going around telling anyone who will listen to him in private conversations that AH is crazy as a loon!! (Paraphrased)
Another point is if you expect giving evidence to SK will help with the release of funds it's not likely to happen because SK cmkx/nhhi has no assets except us shareholders and he is STILL withholding information from us!!

Can you say "civil suit"
I fear if SK gets sucked into this, the rest of whatever assets we have will be spent on a civil suit....

Thanks Mr. BHollenegg for trying to get the fund payable matter resolved for the shareholders.
Obviously, there has been a communication problem or some type of misunderstanding about any possible fund that bonafide shareholders may have an interest in. Hopefully now Hodges and Kirkpatrick can now have a meeting to conclusively verify these alleged funds so certain legit shareholders can have a clear, concise understanding of what is owned by them/us.
Personally, I feel it is appropriate to get this information released through the company since many court rulings affirm it is the only way to go.
Thanks again for trying to get this issue clarified. Looking forward to Mr. Kirkpatricks official response!

I applaud your efforts as well Bob, but I believe your efforts will be futile. I trust you will share Al's response with the shareholders, assuming he even responds. We are LONG OVERDUE when it comes to proof of a trust. In fact, I question whether Al even has any hardcore evidence or facts to substantiate his claims. I tune in for the dream rather than the certainty of a positive outcome. At this stage of the game, it is merely the click of mouse button to see the latest nonsense, which is usually the same nonsense as the week before.
If Al has physical evidence and it is turned over to the shareholders, things will begin to happen that I believe will result in a positive outcome. However, if Al possess nothing but hunches, rumors, hearsay, etc., this has all been for nothing.
AL, release what evidence you have, and then let me decide for myself where I go from here with this neverending saga known as CMKX.

timonesock,
The court rulings are the ones that pertain to shareholders of a corporation having any direct property rights. They dont the rights are directly owned by the corporation and that is why many pay dividends.
The Judge in the Bivens affirmed this point of law and case precedent was cited. It is a basic understanding of law.
That is my point!
Imo if bonafide shareholders ever get any money it would have to officially come through the company....imo ( at least as it pertains to any alleged trust)
