RE: Webinar #33, Update on Amway Portal
To All CMKM/NHHI Shareholders:
I have scheduled CMKM/NHHI Webinar #33 for Thursday, August 28, 2014 at 8 PM CDT using the Paltalk room designed for New Horizons Holdings, Inc. Here are instructions for joining the meeting:
1. Download Paltalk Messenger (free download) and log into Paltalk.
2. Look under the heading “Business and Finance” rooms and under the subheading “Investments”.
3. When the room is open you will see the name “New Horizons Holdings, Inc.”.
4. Click on the room to join the meeting.
I will provide a basic training on using the NHHI Amway portal to make purchases, after which I will provide a brief update of current CMKM/NHHI business and news, and will take questions at the end of the session as always.
NHHI Amway Portal Update
We have approximately 30 individuals signed up as customers on the new Amway portal. I want to thank each of you for signing up, and hope that you and others will join in the effort to use your typical household/business purchases to help keep CMKM/NHHI funded until we can recover adequate capital from our litigation efforts. If you are buying products and services online or at a retail facility, why not purchase them through the NHHI portal for the same price and help keep this website up and running?
In spite of the encouraging number of folks who have signed up, we have only sold about $20 worth of goods, and have made a net commission of $4.01 as of today. Unless we see a significant increase in sales, the CMKM website will likely go dark as of October 1, 2014
We need approximately $250/month to cover the cost of the website, registered agent, records storage and tax returns. However, in spite of the incredibly low overhead, the company MUST begin to stand on its own and cover these basic costs. I remain hopeful that the Amway portal can produce enough in commissions to sustain the basics until legal recoveries can provide significant capital.

Seems not many Shareholders are willing to "Forget the past".... and "Move on to the new", judging by the obvious disinterest in SK's AMWAY venture.
Amazing to see where we started and where we seem to have ended, by being involved with CMKM Diamonds Inc and with the insiders who had "the best interest of ALL shareholders at heart" ??
Another date set for the shareholders to watch... ?? "October 1, 2014", when perhaps another door may be slammed, bringing us one step closer to "the end", whatever that may be??

Why kill the company two months before the final court case?
I thought SK told us the Edwards case was a big deal and very good news for all of us. I guess it's not that big a deal since he's willing to shut the whole thing down before we ever get to court.

My guess is we can do without a web site.. Worst comes to worst we as shareholders will have to pay a fee for Transfer on line to hold our shares. Or we can move them somewhere else. The Company it self will not have a transfer agent. Does it matter..? Not sure why we had one in the first place, except for accountabilty. Is CMKX really Naked Shorted..? They really should have that answer by now.. JMHO

I remember when Mark faulk held his webinars.. and would refuse to call it nss even at that time and started calling it ftd. So what was the purpose? The supposed naked short fighter.. but in cmkx he would not utter those words? I remember this very well years ago. They have changed their song many years ago... reasons? |
