Does the below Q&A surprise anyone here, or do we just label it as unverifiable, and discard it, How about those in The Know Group, Validate it for us. I really Hope this prompts discussion, obviously the answers do need clarification on many fronts.
Amazingly it seems our path narrows more by the day.

All shareholders here is a copy of the questions that were asked of Kevin West by my friend in Tyler TX. These questions were posted here by jay_adobe last week. Since my friend lives but a few blocks away i asked him to go there and ask these questions.
Here are the questions you asked me to address with Attorney Bill Frizzell. Bill was not in the office on the day I visited, but did have a chance to discuss these questions with CEO Kevin West. In fact, Kevin shared with me a slide presentation that has been presented to other shareholders about 2 weeks prior when they came to visit the CMKM office.
Q: Have they served anyone else?
Kevin West: Yes, Michael Williams has been served and from what I was told, John Edwards's wife has turned herself in and is cooperating with investigation.
Q: Are we any closer to getting back any assets, no matter how small?
Kevin West:Other than trying to file suits and recover what is possible from settlement, there are NO assets in the company at this time.
Q: Ask with what will we trade?
Kevin West: Again, at this point, there is nothing in the company to trade.
Q: Do we have any commodity that people want?
Kevin West:NO
Q: Who will be willing to buy some of our 703 billion shares off the open market?
Kevin West: If there is nothing we can market and gain interest from, we do not expect to gain investor interest.
Q: Where will the funds come from to rejuvenate a start-up company?
Kevin West: From lawsuit settlements and possibly from current investors who may be willing to assist in funding if there is evidence of getting through current problems and issues.
Q: What is around the corner of the path mgmt is on; where are we headed and why; how will we get there; who is in our way to our final destination.
Kevin West: The company has done very much to document the past history of CMCX since 2002. We have boxes (pictures shown) of many many boxes that have information obtained through subpeona's. All information gathered is kept in what is known as the "war-room", a place off-site that is separate from the offices where Bill & Kevin work out of. There are at least 3 walls of flip chart paper that has been created as a time-line of events from the early days of operation. AS information is obtained, critical info is posted on the wall at the appropriate time. This includes copies of individual checking accounts, cancelled checks, information from many casino's in Las Vegas, lawyer records and letters and much more. Kevin West and Bill Frizzell have and are spending a HUGE amount of time trying to put together this puzzle and identify the activities of the mgmt leadership of CMKM. In addition, with help of an accounting firm, an attempt it being made to re-create the official "books" of the company when it was in operation. There is NO evidence that there has ever been a tax report sent to the IRS, which shows that no taxes were ever paid or annual report, etc was filed. There can be no movement forward until and only until there is a snapshot of what the company was like prior to the new mgmt taking over.
Q: What do you do everyday that would prevent you from talking and answering questions from shareholders?
Kevin West: This is not the case at all. Much time is spent in the "war-room" going through the information that is being gathered. In addition, shareholders have traveled to Tyler, TX for the sole purpose of meeting with Kevin & Bill to find out what is happening and where the company stands with their endeavors. Shareholders can call the office and ask to schedule an appointment to discuss with Bill any questions they may have. On occasion, people have called that were very angry and were dis-respectful to the secretary. When this happens, it is possible that the message was not communicated. The key is to schedule a time and they will be happy to review and discuss shareholder questions. The phone number of the secretary is: (903) 595-1921.
Q: What is meant by "feasible to return to trading"?
Kevin West: Am not sure what that means and could not address the question.
Q: One other question that was asked was is there any truth to the rumor that shareholders may be receiving $.0008 for every share they hold at some time in the near future?
Kevin West: answered it by doing some basic math using the number of shares outstanding.
700 Billion shares -- each person gets .01/share, company would need $7 Billion to distribute
700 Billion shares -- each person gets .001/share, company would need $700 million
700 Billion shares -- each person gets .0001/share, company would need $70 million
700 Billion shares -- each person gets .0008/share (RUMOR) company needs $560 million
Kevin West: THERE ARE NO $$$ IN THE COMPANY ACCOUNT - THEREFORE NOTHING IS THERE TO PAY TO SHAREHOLDERS!!!!
Last thought - Kevin was very sincere and shared some of his personal discussions and frustrations over this whole situation. I found him to be very open, sympathetic to the shareholders (of which HE is), and very willing to talk to others about there questions and concerns. I suggest you take him up on his offer to make an appointment and call Bill Frizzell who as legal counsel, is extremely knowledgeable of the current circumstances.....
