Another attack on our police. What a travesty for all of America. Dallas, Baton Rouge...your city next?
Join me to pray for the people in LA...especially our shareholder friends there, whether in or near Baton Rouge. Surely they hurt for their city and are concerned for their safety.
And pray for Cleveland. Whether republican or not...it's about the innocent people who suffer at the hands of a minute group of violent terrorists. Philly comes next.
God bless our country. God bless the officers who were hit and are fighting for their lives. God bless the families who lost a spouse, father, brother, son.

When will it stop ?? Prayers going out for the victims, of the most recent tragedy, Baton Rouge. God bless the families & friend of the victims. The "targets" need to come off the backs of our heroes in blue, who put their lives ,on the line, each & every day. !!
Was watching a protest in Cleveland today.......... There were big mouth "radical types" hiding behind masks, and other fabric covering their faces. This should be banned !! The problem is the PAID radical thugs that are shipped in , for the sole reason of causing trouble. Hopefully the Republic Convention will be able to convene & end without violence. Thousands of extra Police & "Bikers for Trump" (I guess, all help is appreciated ??) pledge to keep the Donald Trump supporters and others safe from harm.
Philly next...<sigh>.. Too d*mn close for comfort. Many family members live very close to the Democratic venue.

Pray not only for the victims and their loved ones of these horrible crimes, but pray for our country. Our Police are dealing with far more than they are equipped for. Mental patients who choose not to take their medications, drug addicts and their suppliers who will use any means to continue their chosen life style and waves of immigrants who choose to obey there laws rather than the law of the land are just a few of these. As for equality it seems to many people are living in recollections of the past, they give no thought as to how far we as a nation and the world for that matter have came. I hope the USA can endure and over come our perceived by some extreme racial division. If we fail as a country it will be due to lawlessness. To me the chain of justice begins with the citizen then the police onto the courts and lastly our government. Lately I'm afraid the links in that chain have been weakened. A closing question, If the violence grows and spreads could/will marshal law be declared, and the upcoming elections be cancelled? I have heard rumors, but being a long in CMKX I try not to listen to rumors. GOD BLESS AMERICA. scot

At the beginning of the Civil War some measures were approved by Congress and Lincoln thusly gave some additional powers to the military for a short time. Today, talk of it seems to be nothing more than propaganda from those promoting fear porn. During the 60's we saw nearly 170 cities on fire from protestors during the black panther-caused riots. It's bad today, but not at that level. No martial law was imposed then either. pr

For those of us who live in and around Cleveland, this week will be a nail biter. Fascinating that 1.3 million people can enter downtown Cleveland to support the NBA champs, the Cavaliers with only one incident from a 15 year old. Proof that a large mass of people can behave themselves. I have to wonder if it's at all possible to do this with the RNC in town with a lot less people I might add for the RNC. In both incidents, not everyone is/was from Cleveland. I can only hope for the best this week and also in Philly.
