Clarification on Rumor re: Trading on Monday

LUFKINCY called his Broker at AG Edwards and asked him to research the RUMOR regarding that CMKX would start to trade on Monday.

His broker had the firms St Louis Research department research it and this is what he was told.

The research department made calls to 1st Global T/A, The President of the Company (I presume KW) in Texas, The SEC, and other Brokerage firms. They all say that CMKX will not be trading in the foreseeable future. They said that CMKX is on restriction therefore NO buys, NO sells.

However, if your broker is holding your certificate/ shares he can try to find a buyer for them.
His broker also told him that IF CMKX ever traded again that AG Edwars would not be handling it.

Helen told me she has no knowledge of CMKX or SGGM trading, as we have seen recently.

They are the transfer agent for SGGM also.

She said that only transfers are being processed for CMKX and those have to be authorized by Kevin (as was stated in his last, so called update).

I asked her if she could tell me how many shares Kevin has authorized for transfer, and she said she could not give me that information.

Just a thought . . . and I don't know if this is possible, some of you might know, but could Kevin be actually selling shares on the Europe market or American Stock Exchange, but sending them through as transfers? This might explain why his updates are typically negative.
