CMKM: Current info, Manitoba SEC hearing 31st

Talked to the lawyer Kim Laythingy, from the MB.SEC and this is what I have.
1. She can not respond as to what information she has submitted concerning the company, or information she has received from them, as to documentation.
2. She has not received word at this time, concerning council of the company, Bill Frizzell, not representing the company or being present,.........or of him signing off. She recommended going to the CMKX web site for information.
3. She has no papers showing if CEO K.West is legitimate, but said that, that is not her concern, as she just represents the staff of the Manitoba SEC and is only doing a reciprocal order for the province of Saskatchewan. She said to look in the state of Texas for information concerning that or talk to council, B. Frizzell.
4. Shareholders can attend the hearing, but can not speak or have input.
5. Some of the hearings can have company representation via the telephone, paper or in person. If the hearing is just a paper hearing, she will notify me, because then it will just be a transferring and signing for acceptance of documentation (paper work)........and the hearing is over.
My thoughts......................why couldn't Bill do the hearing via telephone to save time and costs............as well as keeping CMKM ready to roll when need be?
I didn't ask her, if she was aware that we were currently revoked, so having Manitoba with non-trading status is a mute
point.
As indicated, by her comment, as to it being a reciprocal order, I gathered that no complaint had been filed against the company here in Manitoba, that they were just reciprocating the non-trading status of Saskatchewan.
So.............this indicates to me, that all company information is wrapped up nice and tight.
So we know something........but it's nothing, and as my friend pointed out, that's the first math calculation that she learned in school..........0+0=0
Have a good day
