By: september_rain 31 Oct 2007, 09:31 PM EDT Msg. 619473 of 619495 Jump to msg. # From: Barbara WaynickSeptember 12, 2007 September 12, 2007 I am very concerned about the situation created when brokers are allowed to sell stock they do not own, known as "Naked Shorting". I am even more concerned to think that this would be allowed to continue for decades, without recourse. I'm appauled to hear people talk about this who belive it will be allowed to continue, because of weak laws and laws that are not enforced, or even laws that were created to allow it to happen, without recourse. I believe that this is the exact thing that has occured in our stock markets with the implementation of the Grandfather Clause. I believe numerous securities laws have been broken and investers money has been stolen for decades, and to this point, without recourse. If this is true, and I believe it is, our lawmakers need to take time to study the United States Constitution. In it you will find that it provides for it's citizens an opportunity to live in a country free from this type of corruption and tyranny. It is imperative that our senators, our congressmen, our judges, the SEC, the DTCC, the DOJ, all the way up to the President himself realize that our futures are being stolen, through these illegal acts, without recourse. It is time that those responsible be held accountable. It is time that our justice system do it's job, or be held accountable. It is time that restitution is paid to those damaged by these evil deeds. I believe this is necessary for continued success of our stock markets, for the future of our citizens, and for America to continue to be, The Land of The Free

Now HOW do you get a cert in February of 2007 when the company was revoked? Oh.......that's right............Delidog was selling them with ANES, and the rest of the boil guru's pumping the stock. And you wonder why these pumphead guru's still are on the message boards doubling their money from insider shares? Bad boys bad boys whatcha gonna do? Whatcha gonna do when they come for you. Someone ask ANES if she got the call yet? I'm figuring it will be any day now. la la la la la

First off the date could be changed digitally very easily so if you don't see the actual paper CERT it would be hard to tell IMO...second if it is a CERT from the TA then the TA and the company would be just as responsible as Ines or Deli IMO...the TA had to issue the CERT most likely with SEC and COMPANY permission I would think...so Deli and others can only do what the TA and COMPANY allows them to IMO...Flying Moose(cmkxunofficial)

Not much doubt in my mind that the TA is dirty.
I think Helen and her crew ultimately are going down with Edwards, Urban and the other uber-thieves...

I think the TA has been working WITH the SEC and our TEAM for a LONG LONG TIME...and I doubt the TA would do anything illegal while under scrutiny...so IMO no one will get CHARGED for anything since it was all done with SEC approval...IMO...Flying Moose(cmkxunofficial)
