I have a theory about this "seemingly disappointing" town hall....
The process that they described of going through by producing records of what was bought, determining ownership to produce and present a credible list of actual, vetted CMKX owners to a District Court sounds to me like the process of the INTERPLEADER (determining true and accurate ownership) recommended so long ago by IBM...
A clean list of real shareholders that could THEN be eligible for trust payments....
Thoughts??

I would be the last person to ask but I would then have my own two cents regarding that.
So the DOJ just sits back and only uses the criminal case to lure the shareholders in?
That would be confusing.
Why not reach out to the whole TOL list.
The only shareholders that signed up are the diehards like us.
Theres real shareholders that dont care amymore.
I know people who didn't sign up for the victims restitution cause They Don't Care.
They think its a joke.
So until there is Real Proof.
With real Money.
They will sit on the sidelines.
Myself, I'm in to deep.
I'm going down with the ship on this one.

I am thinking the process could be made to look like it is only reaching out to a smaller group of people but I have been on the Victim list for years and did not know about the DOJ new actions until Jan....
They did not tell us it was a sting, I do not expect them to tell us they NOW have all the info of who is valid or not.....
It is a theory, but follows how an interpleader action works and maybe by NOW they have finà lly cleaned up the mess and need a public denial of NSS...

I think this is all to bizzare. 15 Years plus later and we get a Town Hall and a FBI vetting process. I hope its a cover up and we are actually going to get the big money. |
