anyone sending off for the new reverse split? Another hundred dollars, just to keep a few hundred shares at .11 pps.
An what happens if you don't send it off? Do you loose your shares? Are they forfeited? Is the company getting free buyback shares out of this r/s?.
I don't know but I sure have a bad feeling about this.

same thing happened on PRRM now SUMMUS...they did a 8000/1 R/S and now want you to order a new CERT...I am not doing it myself...and I will never order a CERT again even though I think paper CERTS are OVER pretty soon anyway...I am saving all my paper CERTS in their original envelopes as collectors items...there will be no more of them SOON...the old CERT could well be worth more than the few shares we would get IMO...looks to me like the only one that benifits from CERTS is the TA by getting the CERT FEE...bunch of WORMS working in this buisness...first thing to know in this market is DON'T BELIEVE ANYTHING or ANYONE...not even PRs or REGULATORS...they ALL LIE IMO...good luck...Flying Moose(cmkxunofficial)
