Interesting read once again..........
All this legal mumbo-jumbo....... grrrrrrr

OK... they amended original complaint to include Eton Property Corporation.. We see a chance to recoup some monies from the property purchased with some of the pilfered money.... property so far $1,335,000 mill with hopefully more to be discovered. It's a long way off from the $53,000,000 million they made from the dumping of the 250 billion shares.

I am still confused on this point & have been asking for clarification since the 1st filing in March.

In amending this filing would they be permitted to amend this point, if they now discovered this was not true?


Interesting at the meeting in late 2002 or early 2003 they state that at this time EDWARDS took CONTROL of CMKM and paid all the bills......
EDWARDS .handling, distributing and in control of ALL the monies being pilfered at the time ?? ...filtered through 3rd parties ending up in Eton Property Corporation Bank Accounts?.
EDWARDS calling all the shots.....??

Interesting .....the statement regarding the revocation of CMKM....shows market manipulation......that facts uncovered that besides the dilution by insiders , that there had to be cooperation from the MM's as they control the Bid & Ask.
Does represent individuals that WILL be persued.....
Roes represent those guilty of massive dilution & will be persued.............
Seems to me that the Does are the big boys... so when ??

Desormeau's failure to insure seamless integration w/ newly enacted SEC exchange Com was a major contributing factor to Sec's decision to revoke CMKM.
along with Levin's non producing of audit information & quitting in the middle of Sec hearing..... six figure retainer for this? EDWARDS friends,,,, EDWARDS calling the shots?

And #71..... what does this mean ?? "specifically CMKM has a Valuable Property right to it's stock ??
