After Judge Murray's intial decision to revoke CMKM's registration, Urban Casavant was never offered a permanent injunction from further violations of the antifraud provisions of the federal securities laws. You know why? Because he was never charged with paying a civil penalty. I always sit and wonder why that is. Why didn't they press the issue more? Especially, after issuing hundreds of billions of shares. And I understand that there's still an ongoing sec investigation, but where are the allegations?

Joe this is like the X files...IT IS OUT THERE...SOMEWHERE...the answer that is...I always wondered where the regulators were throughout this whole saga...why no one ever gets charged with ANYTHING...even LIBEL...that is "common" in this whole thing...somebody was either ASLEEP at the wheel or it is all part of the PLAM IMO...I vote for the PLAM...can't accept that EVERYONE involved were all TOTALLY INEPT...including REGULATORS...HA HA...Flying Moose(cmkxunofficial)

The only thing that gets me is; where are the fines and further allegations? I know the government moves slow, but this is getting ridiculous. Let me get one thing straight here..If UC is guilty and the court declares that, that will be enough to convince me. Up until now.....nadda.....no civil fines...no criminal charges....So, I remain on the fence..Isn't that how this country works? Innocent until proven guilty. Maybe UC wasn't business savy...or maybe he was? That's what the court will determine. If it gets that far.

Well he was only 85 when this started and I don't believe that makes any difference with IBM...he is still WITH IT if you ever saw him speak...his history is clear IMO...I never believed IBM was fooled or did not know what he was doing...him and his SON checked this out well IMO before they got involved...no one that runs a global intelligence agency is going to be TAKEN by a small company like CMKX...they entered it with EYES WIDE OPEN IMO...Flying Moose(cmkxunofficial)

Let's not forget that a man like IBM has many connections and that in itself would be enough to lend a helping hand to this company. If that was the only reason IBM was here, that would be enough for me. Connections go a long way in the business world.
