Governor Jim Gibbons announced today that John T. Moran III has been appointed to the State of Nevada Ethics Commission. "

The State of Nevada will be well served by John T. Moran III, who has an exemplary record of service to the State of Nevada and Clark County," said Governor Jim Gibbons.

Good question, single! But since they put the site up to solicit comments, I wouldn't think so. But, hey, you never know in this saga. It's a new world every day....LOL
