Melvin:
Ok, folks. I'll tell you what I am going to do hear if I can have a few minutes of your time. If you don't want me to do this, just give me a thumbs down, but I would like to explain my theory on the claims in the Fort a la Corne area. If you want me to explain my theory give me a thumbs up. If you don't want me to explain it, give me a thumbs down.(many gave thumbs up)
Ok, good enough. First of all I am going to say this is not about me, it has never been about me and it will never be about me. I am a shareholder just like you folks. I've got no inside information at all, period, other than I speak with Urban all of the time. Other than that, that's it. So, if you just bear with me here I'd like to give you my rendition of what I think is going on with the claims in the Fort a la Corne area.
We are going to start right from day one. Urban Casavant goes out and spends 15 yrs of his life getting 1.4 million acres of claims in the richest kimberlite field on the planet. Fact. He then starts a company called CMKX, CMKI, whatever. Fact. The company is in the process of drilling for diamonds in this area. In other words, a diamond exploration company. That is what we all bought into. At least that is what we all bought into. Okay? Fact.
1.4 million acres of land. The Saskatchewan government says that in order to keep the claims you must do 2 things. You either must work those claims within a 2 year time or you can pay X number of dollars to reinstate them after two years. The choice is yours.
1.4 million acres of land is a lot of land. CMKX, at that time, had one drilling rig and 2 crews. They were going to get more drilling rigs and more crews. We all know that. That's been press released. But at that time, they had one drilling rig and one crew. Pretty hard to drill 1.4 million acres of land with one drill and two drilling crews. Two years is not a lot of time. So, Urban goes out and he starts to drill. He then realizes that he cannot drill all of this land. So what's he do? What any smart business man would do. He decides to do an airborne survey. Which he did two of them.
Now this is going to take a few minutes for me to tell you folks, so if you fall asleep, just let me know.
The first airborne survey he does is with Fugro Airborne out of Montreal, or wherever. They did a survey and they made their maps. Blah blah blah. They sit down as a crew and they look at these maps. People who know what they are doing. People like Ralph Newsom, our geologist; Urban, Rick Walker. And you are not going to like to hear this, but me also. I was just there because I was there. I was a body and didn't put any input into it. But anyway..
Urban did not like the way it was done...thought there was more to it, so he goes out and hires himself another airborne survey. This one done by Goldak out of Saskatoon, Saskatchewan. They then sit down and look at those maps, which were a heck of a lot better than the first one. They then pick up a bunch of hotspots..meaning claims that have anomalies on them.
Now here's something you folks may or may not know of, but I am going to tell you right now. When you find an anomaly..an anomaly meaning kimberlite pipe. I called it anomalies. When you find an anomaly on an airborne survey, that does not tell you that there are diamonds in that anomaly. Again, an airborne survey map does not tell you that just because you found an anomaly there are diamonds in there. The only way you are going to do that is you are going to have to drill.
So, Urban and company picked the hot spots. They come up with places they want to keep. In the meantime and in-between time, all of this rigmarole is going on south of the border, which again, I made it specifically clear I have absolutely no information on that whatsoever. I have nothing. I don't know a thing about that. Anyway, the bad guys show up. They want to get in. And being the kind of person Urban is and knowing that he spent the last 15-20 years of his life getting these claims, there ain't no way in He$$ he is going to give them to anybody. So what does he do? He strikes up a deal with Emerson Koch or whatever, so that all the claims they want to keep go into Emerson's name. So now we have the company, 025, that has claims that we have, or had and are now in Emerson's name. To make it legal and everything else, they make out a filing saying Urban has relinquished all the claims to the 025. It is in a filing. Everybody has probably seen it.
So then the letter shows up from the Saskatchewan government. And the letter states, "Mr. Casavant", or "Mr. Koch", or whoever the letter all went to. "We notice you have 1.4 million acres of claims here, you haven't done anything, we haven't had any reports from your geologist or anyone else(showing) that you've done any other work. What do you want to do? Do you want to keep the claims and play Xnumber of dollars per hectare or do you want to relinquish them?"
Urban and company already knew the ones they wanted to keep, so they kept them. They paid for them and they kept them. They let the rest of them lapse. Why pay for something you've got nothing on? (It's)just a waste of money. Those claims then went back to the Saskatchewan government.
I am just telling you folks. If you want to believe me, that's fine. If you don't want to believe me, I totally understand also. The Saskatchewan Government then takes those claims and they put them in the lottery system that they just recently incorporated. It used to be, first-come, first-served at the door, but they cut that out because there were too many fights going on. So, they decided to go the lottery system about 5 years ago and that's the way it is.
How the lottery system works is evolving. I am going to use Wodan as an example. I can't use Wodan because he just left. Okay, I am going to use Silverbullet as an example. Silverbullet has 2 or 3 claims in the Fort a la Corne area. One has an anomaly on it, two don't. She gives up the other two because she doesn't want to pay the money. Those claims then go into the lotter system. What happens is the following:
Silverbullet says, '"there is another claim over here that I would like to buy..that I think may have something on it. Therefore, I am going to put in an application to that claim. So, she goes online and figures she'll fill out the application. She sends her $50 money order...or that is..certified check to the Saskatchewant government and her name is put into that lottery for that claim. That claim, let's say, come up at the beginning of October. First of October they will draw on that claim. So, in the meantime, somebody like...oh, let's just use this as an example:
Someone like Shore Gold says, "gee, you know"...they already have this information. They say, "well, gee, there might be an anomaly over on that claim over there and I know 4 or 5 people who have their application in to get this claim. You know what we are going to do? We are going to flood that claim of applications." So, they go put in a 100 of them. They pay their $50 per application and they put a 100 of them in there. So, by the time that rolls around, there is..let's say..there are 104 applications in there for that one particular claim. (One) hundred of them belong to Shore Gold. Four belong to these other 4 people. You folks do the math. Who do you think is going to get the claim?
And that's probably exactly what...not probably..that's pretty much darn sure I am right about what's happened to the rest of the CMKX claims. That's why you see that map that has a whole bunch of Shore Gold on it. And I've said this before on these boards and I got bashed for it and I am going to get bashed for it again, but I am sorry folks, this is the way I see it. Okay?
So, long story short. Urban has not sold claims to anybody in the Fort a la Corne area that I am aware of.(notice he specifies Fort a la Corne only)
I've asked Urban, myself, face-to-face and the answer was, "no". I take the man's word for it. That is how the lottery system works in Saskatchewant. Do you still have claims in the Fort a la Corne area? Yes we do.
Do I think CMKX will trade again? I've said it from day one and I will say it again. The answer is, "yes".
Do I think that 40,000 shareholders will be reimbursed in some way, shape or form for all the anquish and everything we have put up with? Definitely, yes.
But you know something folks? You all know me and you know I am a straight shooter. It's not up to us. It is up to the powers to be in whatever is going on south of the border(Canadian).
In my opinion, and this is all my opinion...we have 2 fronts going here. We have a legal play south of the border (and) we have a claims play north of the border and as far as I am concerned, the claims playing north of the border is secure. Thank you very much for your time.

Well said, Melvin. Well, well said. Thank you very much. I hope everybody understands you. It is pretty laymen's terms and I like that. Thank you.
