BUT.....
My Boss got the check for $870.00
This is the first restitution check that I have heard of. We called the number enclosed in the envelope and the only information they gave us was that it referenced to 2 names ... Gregory Neu and Stephen luskco..... I Googled the names and came up with a worthless stock she still has sitting in her brokerage account, The company was/ is Massclick.
She does not remember how much she invested in this company but I can assure you it was a hell of a lot more than the restitution. It was late and I wanted out of there but next week we will check and see just what her total investment was.
It was a United States Treasury Check......
