Yes... but I just asked Kevin about this less than two weeks ago... he claimed it was simply an old lawsuit that hadn't been udated to reflect their current understanding of the Entorage Certs.

This statement "cmkm acquired assets that will allow it to return to trading status". has/had been the topic of much discussion after it appeared in the first derivative suit and then contradicted in the Q&A fiascos.

One would think that it would have or should have been corrected in the amended suit, but for whatever reason it was not .

Seems to me that Tyler plays both ends against the middle and spin their statements, "facts" whatever in the direction to benefit their motives at the moment.

KW claimed "it was simply an old lawsuit that hadn't been updated to reflect their current understanding of the Entourage Certs."... I call BS....... so why no clarification in the amended?
