" I have often wondered why some people cannot believe that anyone would take on such a task just because it is the right thing to do. If everyone in this world passively stood by and let others continue to steal from innocent people, then there would never be any hope and this problem would only get progressively worse."
"Somewhere, someone has to stand up and say “Enough is Enough”. No one can do it alone and I thank God for a man like Bill Frizzell that has risked everything he has ever worked for to try and do the right thing to protect the rights of innocent people like you and me.
To answer the question in a more direct manner, we are doing this because it is the right thing to do. No matter what the eventual business, financial or individual outcome of this long journey turns out to be for all shareholders, collectively we will have at least tried our best to do the right thing. At the very least, the people that have wronged you and me will not be free to continue doing the same thing over and over to more innocent people."
Notice how conveniently Kevin uses words like "we", "collectively", and "you and me" in the paragraphs above? Unless I'm mistaken, there was never a shareholder vote or even a poll taken by the company to ask the shareholders how they would like the company to proceed, so it's not like any of us had a choice since revocation - in fact every action the company has taken has never included the shareholders voices at all.........so why try to convince us now that we have anything to do with where we are today and HIS decision to fight those who have wronged the company??
My point is this: Kevin has approximately 100 million shares of CMKX. At 1/2 a penny, that's just $500k - hardly worth quitting your good paying job for a couple of years no? I certainly wouldn't even think about taking the job unless I was certain I would be well compensated for my efforts and expenses along the way (yes, I know - Bill Frizzell is footing the bill... lol!). Is Kevin really the Saint he makes himself out to be or is there more to the story?
Be sure that Kevin knows what's at stake and what we potentially have coming our way, and it's not just peanuts or the satisfaction of putting bad guys away. There is no way in hell Kevin is doing this out of the goodness of his heart ONLY and here's why imo:
Kevin has stated there is irrefutable evidence of counterfeit shares/certs of CMKX.
Kevin has stated there is irrefutable evidence of NSS in CMKX.
Kevin knows he flew up to Saskatchewan to see "something" in a secured warehouse even though the company was cash-strapped with only $588 in the bank.
Kevin stated to Mark Faulk after his visit to Saskatchewan and with Emerson Koch that the shareholders are extremely lucky to have Emerson protecting the claims for us and that he thought highly of Emerson.
Kevin knows that the SEC/NASD is and has been conducting an extensive investigation into those who have harmed the shareholders (The NevWest case documents are proof of that along with the 200,000 pages from investigations thus far).
Kevin knows that the Task force has been dissolved almost 2 years ago because their Task was completed (as stated by Maheu in an official PR).
Kevin knows that the SEC knows who the "bona fide" shareholders are and that they are in control of any and all cert transfers.
Kevin knows that the Entourage Deal was just a token deal to justify the cert pull. I can tell you personally that this is a fact.
IMO, the shareholders have at the very least, money(s) owed them for damages and for being sold counterfeit shares by brokerage firms across the United States and abroad. Yes, not only did the former insiders of the company dump hundreds of billions of counterfeit shares into the market, BUT the transfer agent, brokerage firms, banks, and SEC all let that happen under their watch without filing a single Suspicious Activity Report (SAR).
Everyone from the counterfeiters to the brokerage firm that sold you the shares has violated the law to some extent or another.
So while Kevin will have us believe things are as bleak as he makes them out to be, some of us also understand that these laws were designed to protect us from what eventually ended up harming us and someone will have to pay for it - regardless if we are in possession of a single diamond or not.
