Something really seems interesting about all this when you really sit back and think about it......
Ok....Kevin West, Bill Frizzell, and John Martin all worked together for many months, gathering data for the cert pull....they worked hand in hand.....even Mark Faulk, was introduced to CMKX by Kevin West.....there were even times when Mark Faulk traveled down to Texas to talk about it with John Martin.....all these men, except Kevin West, that I know of, are all joined at the hip with the the owners group/ TOGI entertainment....
Now, Kevin West becomes interim CEO of CMKX.....stating an intention to file the interpleader.....we know that Kevin West kept some degree of communication with Mark Faulk (as said on previous CFRN shows).....Since Kevin West worked hand in hand with BF and JM, with a stated mission to unveil naked shorting in CMKX, I am pretty certain that they'd somehow keep in touch.....I mean, they got to know each other on a personal level.....friends.....
Based on past data.....Frizzell, I am sure, knows more about this situation than most people.....having spent so much time on it....with shareholders certificates centralized in his office. Now, he goes and works very hard to file a derivative lawsuit on BEHALF of the company.....there has to be some collaboration going on here.....maybe I'm making some assumptions, but, everything just SEEMS so closely/intricately intertwined.....in the silence, i think these guys have been collecting data/evidence, and the derivative lawsuit, I hope, will come down hard on whoever wronged the shareholders....
if youve ever spoken to Frizzell, you know the kind of man he is. I really don't think he is going away....sure, there may be some things going on beyond his control, but, if he has anything to say about it, as long as the "indisputable evidence" is on his side, i think we are about to see some fists fly soon. We should all be very very grateful for him, IMHO....
