Why TD Ameritrade won't accept my QBID certificate....
Mr. xxxx,
"Non-transferable" means that the shares can not be moved from their current
location. Since you have them listed in street name as a certificate which you
currently have in your hands, that is where they must remain until further
notice. If you would like additional information about why the shares are now
non-transferable, please contact Triangle Multi-Media, as we do not have that
information available to us.
If you have any further questions, please contact the Reorganization/Safekeeping
Department at 888-723-8504 and choose Option 1.
