I bet Tuscan says that all rooms both here and on PalTalk must be closed because we are talking too much and all the bad guys are running rapid spreading negative news. Also, the bad guys are letting all the 200 FBI agents that monitor these boards know what is going on and how bad things have become....

A little brainstorming « Thread Started on Yesterday at 10:31pm »
I am only brainstorming here.. But after having time to think about the recent PR and reading some other peoples comments and trying to make sense of everything..
This whole thing has the feel of the old company coming to an end and everything starting over new? Other's have mentioned this as well.
Okay, Kevin mentions that the company was being driven to bankruptcy...
It is common to place assets into someone else's name before bankruptcy. Texas is one of the few states that has unlimited bankrupcty exemptions. A person can put millions of dollars into someone else's name before bankrupcty.
Sometimes before a company files bankrupcty they will transfer assets into a new business entity that they set up under a new name, in a new place.
Looking at the wording of the PR...
"Our Company would have been forced into bankruptcy, essentially burying the evidence forever."
"The Company has recently halted the transfer of a large bulk certificate to a major brokerage firm from a third party."
Someone may have been transferring assets into another name while trying to force the company into bankruptcy to hide the evidence.
If so this should be easy to prove...
"Because of the possibility of recoverable assets being brought back into the company......"
Also this would make sense for the hiring of an forensic team. Forensic teams conduct an in-dept investigation into internal accounts of companies that disguise the trace of the money flow.
IMO

Very interesting observation, faithandlogic,
"It is common to place assets into someone else's name before bankruptcy. Texas is one of the few states that has unlimited bankruptcy exemptions. A person can put millions of dollars into someone else's name before bankruptcy. "
When I read my husband the PR (he relies on me to read the posts, etc. as he never gets on the computer) he said he believed the assets had been transferred into another name (entity) preserving them, in case of bankruptcy.
Hopefully, we will know more this week.

Could UC have pulled a fast one??? « Thread Started on Today at 1:06am »
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Unfortunately....yes, he could have pulled a fast one on shareholders.
How, very easy......and here is how I feel it could have been done.
All in my humble opinion of course.
When UC learned from a close friend that other insiders were naked shorting the company, he approached Roger Glenn for help. Roger Glenn was working for USCA at the time and UC had a close relationship with USCA.
He explained to RG what was happening and that other insiders were naked shorting the stock. RG came up with the idea that a sting operation would screw them completely.
The sting was set up and UC began buying shares by the bucket full. When Bill Frizzell said that there were at least 1.4 trillion shares naked shorted, lets assume that UC bought at least 1 trillion of these shares. When RG was finished, UC asked Robert Maheu, who he had known previously, for help in finishing off this sting operation.
The sting operation went beautifully with the help of all the promotions that were carried out.
Now, here is where it gets tricky. The company's trading was revoked and the shorts were locked in.
Now, UC wanted to settle with the shorts himself. In order to do this, he needed to have a cert pull so that the shorters would find it difficult to go to the regular shareholders and cover but had to come to him. He owned all the naked shorts or FTDs and the regular shareholders owned the certs or completed trades. The shorters could not go to 40,000 shareholders and ask for their certificates. They were forced to deal with UC.
Now UC negotiated with the shorters and was paid $billions. His trades were canceled and the FTD disappeared.
When BM found about UC's intentions, he immediately resigned all his positions with CMKX and completely disassociated himself from UC
UC now had his money. He was now wealthier with what he had and a lot more than he could ever make in the near term with CMKX. His heath was declining and he wanted out. He no longer needed CMKX. So, he gave the mining claims back to his friend Koch, in whose name the claims have always been listed, and resigned his position with CMKX.
He will let Kevin take over now and see what he could make out of the shell company. Unfortunately, UC cleaned it out and there is little left.
UC has returned to Canada as a rich man and retired to the comfort of family and old friends.
CMKX shareholders are left with very little.........
Do I believe this could have happened? I don't know.....it could have but the question is did it happen.
We will just have to wait for Kevin to show us what the company has in assets and in shareholder count.

I know Kevin probably has his head down working like a crazy man but I hope that he reads these posts every now and then because there are tons of unaswered questions out there. Looking forward to the next PR.

I for one would like to see you state more facts than bouncing balls, airplanes, and buses coming to the terminal. No disrespect to you sir, but after last weeks PR, you have lost allot of credibility. What do you see upcoming to the shareholders in the near future? I really would like to hear you response to that.

I know Kevin had said that we need to unite as shareholders..What can we do that would be helpful? Should we start another call in/write in campaign with Christopher Cox and make him feel our thunder?

A request for Tramp « Thread Started on Today at 10:23am »
Hi Tramp,
Everyone here believes you've been keeping a eye on the claims and general "incoming" information to the benefit of all, and though you may have had a great exuberance in the past about your findings (many of us had the same), with the latest information from the company is it possible you would consider commenting about the current state of affairs?
TIA

It surely is not projected toward you, though, as you have done ample research about the company over the years. There is a purpose for everything occurring right now. Let's watch as it all unfolds.

The Documents are an Asset « Thread Started on Today at 4:40pm »
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------- The documents are, in themselves, an asset for our claim of restitution. For the by product of naked shorting is the suppression of stock price, which results in a companies inability to secure the necessary capital in order to sustain an ongoing concern.
Therefore, these documents should be considered valuable evidence of damages to the company as a result of naked shorting.
IMO, our largest asset is what the Federal Reserve is on the hook for with respect to their obligation to the FTD situation. We now have three claim tickets. I am sure there will be more.
