I think that would be a shame if that is what it would amount to after all these years. I would rather get nothing. Your wish has been granted....... you will receive nothing ;D only you Cyrano.... Only you !!

...Past Trading Discrepancies...
That could be all kinds of things being discovered by a current audit.
Including trading pps to company value. ( did CMKX trade around .05 before the dilution?? )
If so,,,,wonder what it could've done?? Seem to have been on pretty good run just based on the TDEM/Glenn info.
I'd think that'd be a basis foundation for somewhere to start a recovery pps.
And I think.........canceled orders being reported or not might fall under this.
Just thinkin.
Gltua! Chris

I have respect for you and Stormgrey43, but I would caution linking this current CMKX situation with the old CMKX situation from old PRs. Although we didn't want certain things to happen, many things had changed beyond any of our control. None of us liked those changes, but the reality of the situation was that they happened.

Injunjoe Gemologist
William, Currently the company has assets in the sense of the Entourage shares. And sooner or later, Bill will be bringing money back into the company from those who sold shares under false pretenses. Therefore, we eventually will have the Entourage shares as well as capital. To me, its not an issue of IF we will trade again but what kind of a company will we be. LOL, how's that for the #1 basher on .net (since CBJ has found better things to do.) Patrick

From the other board:
For me it is still about the FLOAT..... « Thread Started on Today at 2:01pm »
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------- I have said it before, and I believe it needs to be addressed again.
Why can't someone tell us what the FLOAT of CMKX is?
You can't sell more shares then exist in the float of a publicly traded company.
So we shareholders hold almost 700 billion shares (Certificates), the which makes up the total outstanding shares (O/S).
CMKX has to know what the float is. If it some low number like a billion shares, well, in my mind Mr. Casavant is a hero, and lets burn down Washington. However, if CMKX and the transfer agent were able to certify 700 billion shares, which would mean that CMKX authorized the float to be increased to 700 billion, well, get the handcuffs, and find Mr. Casavant.
After all, the new CEO says there is no money in any account, which can be interpreted as Brokeres, MM's, crooks, have not paid any money to redeem naked shares for certs.
CMKX, IF YOU ARE REALLY BEING OPEN WITH INFORMATION. WHY CAN'T YOU ANSWER THIS ONE SIMPLE QUESTION?
WHAT IS THE FLOAT OF CMKX?

The shareholder base is still there and in tact. There are legitimate ways to get them back on the same page again. I think Kevin and his new team will make such manifest.

I am not giving up on CMKX, but I have given up on the old management. For reasons known and unknown, they have decided to pass the company over to new management as things in which I think they were hoping for never materialized as planned for the CMKX shareholders. The repercussions of where we are at now with CMKX are due to the decisions made by old CMKX management.
Since the old management is gone, we have no choice except to believe in the new management and what they are trying to do to move forward.
See it like this...
The Miami Heat is a NBA team that had a coach that could not get them to win a championship. He stepped down and in came Pat Riley and the new management. The old management done everything it could do to get the Miami Heat into the position for success as possible, but yet still failed.
It was up to Pat Riley and the new management to get the Miami Heat to the next level to win their championship. If the owner and General Manager would have been stuck on relying on old management instead of new management, then success would not have ever happened.
Hope still exists in CMKX because of the new management and not because of the old management. This is all I’m trying to get people to see. I think we need to give the new management our support 100%.

I don't think anyone has an issue with support. We know they are working really hard for us. We care that we get our questions answered. We need more information and hopefully we will see that today.

BECAUSE, like I stated, "NOBODY is stupid enough to believe they could scam us like this and get away with it" I'm fairly confident I broke the code here folks. I rest my case.
