LOL I’ve made several observations about the events of the last few weeks as I’m sure many others have as well. I’d like to look at a few of them. It’s been common knowledge since before the administrative hearing to revoke CMKX in 2005 that Urban Casavant has been under investigation by a bevy of federal law enforcement agencies including the Department of Justice, the FBI, the SEC, Interpol and I think James Bond was after him too. Okay, hold that thought. Now, take a look at the complaint that was filed and became available to the public yesterday. Wow! Serious stuff, huh? I’m not kidding here, it is serious. And, I have a couple of questions about it. If every federal law enforcement agency in the country has been looking at UC since, say sometime in 04, but perhaps as early as 02, why haven’t they filed CRIMINAL charges against him? According to the complaint, there’s conclusive evidence to go for all kinds of convictions amounting to 100s of years of jail time for the perps. That’s just my first question. The next logical question might be, if UC just pulled off the stock scam of the century, why did he leave boxes of evidence lying around his lawyer’s office? And if he masterminded the deeds purported in the complaint, why would he invite KW and BF into the company so they could “discover” all of this evidence. Actually the boxes of d*mning evidence didn’t get discovered, it was voluntarily turned over to Kevin as I understand. That doesn’t really sound very devious or tricky, does it? Another thing that has me wondering is, why all of a sudden do a bunch of mature professional men have such an interest in bringing attention to the rumor that there was some sort of sting operation around all of this? They’ve gone so far as to offer up a bounty to anyone who can prove that a sting has taken place. Pretty odd, I’d say. First several well-know message board denizens are singled out and then the sting challenge. It almost reminds me of when BF was examining the administrative hearing and talked about Briar Rabbit and the line, “please o please, don’t throw me into the briar patch.” So we have apparent criminal offenses with no federal prosecutors around. We’ve got serious charges levied in a CIVIL suit against UC and other insiders. It’s interesting how the suits were filed too. I mean the grouping of the alleged perpetrators. UC is with one group and there’s the other grouping. Finally, there are a couple of items (there are plenty more, really) in the actual complaint that are quite interesting, but I’ll just mention two because I’m getting tired of typing. The first one is on page nine, lines 9, 10, 11, and 12: The waste of corporate assets, self-dealing and malfeasance of Casavant, former management and insiders may prevent such occurrence, [the reference here is to return the company to trading] however, unless corporate funds are recouped from Casavant and his associates. That’s a pretty interesting statement if you think about it, IMO. There’s another good one though. It’s on page seventeen, lines 18 through 21: CMKM requests an order of this court to direct all CMKM stock presently in the possession of or under the control of the defendants to be canceled and returned to the corporation in light of the egregious acts of the defendants. This request is directed to the named defendants and all of their companies and trusts that may still own stock in CMKM. The complaint was fascinating reading, but boy o boy, those two lines were really something, especially if they were actually carried out. In the lawsuit against Urban you have:
A lawsuit against a TRUST FUND (give money in there back to CMKM, it could be where damage money was paid into..)
A statement by Urban that he believes that Entourage holds hugely valued diamond property
The fact that we own 50% of Entourage stock
The fact that we (CMKM) are asking for share cancellation of CMKX shares belonging to sued individuals
The fact they are saying that it cost $250,000 to distribute Ent div
Sooo..........
Why not have a clean traded company that is holding valuable claims that we own 50% of and instead of a div, just cancel shares and do a share exchange for ent versus bonafide cmkx shares...
??

URBAN will STAY UNTIL WE ARE PAID « Thread Started on Today at 1:26am »
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------- READ THE whole statement but READ the LAST paragraph.... and remember Urban is still CEO of cmkm.....there has been no filing to show Kevin is legally CEO of cmkm.........
Urban stated he would STAY UNTIL the shareholders were paid.
These can be located on SECINFO.com under CMKM
Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Principal Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Principal Officers
On October 20, 2005, Mr. Robert A. Maheu notified CMKM of his resignation as a member and Co-Chairman of the Board of Directors. His resignation was effective as of 10:00 a.m. on October 20, 2005. CMKM believes it is in the best interest for the company to accept Mr. Mahue’s resignation as a director due to CMKM’s current lack of funds to continue its operations and in anticipation of a distribution to CMKM stockholders of the anticipated receipt of the Entourage stock, whereby Mr. Maheu has agreed to lend his assistance to CMKM and its stockholders as a consultant, trustee, or in any other capacity as needed during the winding up of CMKM’s affairs. Additionally, Mr. Maheu has agreed to waive his rights to any past financial obligations due him from CMKM.
Mr. Urban Casavant will remain as the sole officer and director of CMKM until the affairs of CMKM are wound up. As a result of health concerns, Mr. Casavant intends to resign as the sole officer and director effective immediately upon a determination that all shares and other assets of CMKM have been properly disbursed to its stockholders.
On October 21, 2005, the Board of Directors of CMKM approved the formation of a task force consisting of Mr. Robert A. Maheu, Mr. Donald J. Stoecklein, and Mr. Bill Frizzell for the purpose of assisting CMKM and Mr. Maheu, as a designated trustee, to conduct an orderly and verifiable pro rata liquidating distribution of any Entourage shares as reference herein and any other available assets of CMKM.
Mr. Maheu has been directed by the sole officer and director of CMKM, Mr. Urban Casavant, to use all means possible, including filing appropriate actions in either Federal or State court, to assure that the bona fide stockholders of CMKM receive a pro rata distribution of the 50 million Entourage shares and any other assets of CMKM.

From Millionaires............................Good for a chuckle!!!! LOL OT: Urban, Txredneckbud, BHollenegg « Thread Started on Today at 7:10am »
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------- What if… BHollenegg and Txredneckbud met Urban.
Txred..…”What actually happened???”
Urban..…”It’s too complicated to understand…”
BHollen…”Was it a Sting?”
Urban…”It’s too complicated to understand…”
Txred..…”I can only imagine the worst…lol”
BHollen…”The fact that we are still here is a good sign...”
Urban…”Okay, okay…I will try to explain.
When a deer eats grass, the end product comes out in pellets. When a cow eats grass, the end product comes out in cow pies. When a horse eats grass, the end product comes out in clumps. Now, all three ate the same thing, yet all three end products look different. Why is that?”
BHollenegg and Txredneckbud after scratching their heads, both responded at the same time, “We don’t know???”
Urban…”How do you expect to understand what happened, when you two don’t know **it!
Conclusion: CMKX is about not knowing, having to change, accepting the moment and making the best of it, without knowing what's going to happen next. All that matters in the end is a successsful ending.
All the best, BHollenegg

Imo,,,,he will be goin to jail.....in the least for Fidicuary Duties. Look at numbers 17,21 & 22 for starters. No where near as guilty as the ring leaders,,,,,,but guilty. I think he did see somethin in that ground and got ahead of himself. But think about this.......isn't this suit about fraud & deceit?? Then why in the world is Mr.Koch including Urban's "opinion" on those claims we sold to Entg?? " ...will yield the largest and most prolific diamond field ever discovered" This was obviously said AFTER...Kevin flew to Canada a few weeks ago.And what in the world does it have to do with this suit?? Urbans "opinion"?? Is Kevin a Geologist now?? ( no disrespect what so ever ) And we're now going to work to prove up the claims with Entg?? Thought there was no operating capital? And Mr.Koch said.....several million was spent on drilling,,,,,no exact amount...but the other numbers are known?? My point is this.............Urban is a small fish,,,,my bet now is he ACTUALLY....did find somethin and will be losin it all due to the fraud. But it's now written that he was the 1st to say.......there lies the largest find ever. ( After all,,,he is a prospector first. And if these suit s were to prove him guilty,,,then why such a nasty picture? The hard a picture you paint,,,,the harder it is to clear him. A sweet....bitter end for the "Casavants"?? I think they are no longer listed as insiders at Entg now. And this suit made me think of this old post..... Company gives us some of the NSS money,,,,keeps the rest in treasury for various functions,,,,announces a cleaned up company,,,,,uses the cash as an asset on the books to qualify CMKX to a higher exchange. The crooks will have funded everrrything. LOL Chris - - - - -

All very interesting...
