Good to see that Coach agrees with me: coachphilm Diamond Hunter * John, There is one point about your post that I would have to disagree on. UC cant have all the real shares, why? If the company or UC is in talks with any entity ref the nss, he would have to hold the nss. UC or the company has been harmed, therefore the only ones that could negotiate a settlement on thier behalf. UC or the company doesnt have the right or authority to negotiate ANY kind of settlement for me or any other shareholder. Therefore I believe imo UC would hold the NSS and not the real shares. Just my opinion. Coach Actually this is an old theory. It's been mentioned by several peeps. Seen ABAD mention it several times. Makes sense that the Negotiator (UC) holds the hammer (NS). canoe millionaires.proboards86.com/index.cgi?board=main&action=display&thread=1182151217Found this in the Gossip Discussion.....

I have never bought into the theory that us shareholders hold the NSS...especially since we hold legitimate stock certificates. It would make sense to me that UC would hold the NSS because he would not need a stock certificate to prove ownership. He was an officer of the company...there is paperwork (required by the SEC when corporate officers get stock) to prove his shares are real. Actually, if you think about it. "IF" UC is on our side, it would make perfect sense for him to have all of us shareholders to pull certs...therefore legitimizing our shares and getting us out of the firing line. Then he comes forward with hundreds of billions of "supposedly" naked shorts...yet he has SEC documentation to prove his shares can't be NSS. This puts shorty over a barrel. Shorty can't contest our certificates and shorty can't contest UC's SEC documents (stock receipt for a corporate officer). Shorty is then screwed because now there are no undocumented shares floating around out there. Just a thought I have had for a long time. IMO My best to you all! millionaires.proboards86.com/index.cgi?board=main&action=display&thread=1182151217Gossip Discussion also.....

I asked her about the Grandfather Clause being lifted, Her response was that it is not in affect yet . It is in "publication" and once that has cleared They failing trades then have 60 days to settle. I asked her if she had ever heard of CMKX and she said yes. wembley DIAMOND DIGGER Member Info Status: online Joined: Nov 2006 Posts: 17 Karma: 0 [ Exalt | Smite ] Contact Icons Re: SEC phone call « Reply #5 on Today at 11:07am » -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Pretty much, I was shocked and caught off guard , I said "We had proof that we had been naked shorted" and "so what happens with in the 60 days" She said the company will be in touch with you". It was uncomfortable , I could sense she wasn't happy me asking her any question, so I said Thank you and hung up. millionaires.proboards86.com/index.cgi?board=main&action=display&thread=1182182183

Very nice but "it don't feed da bulldog". Many have parents in need of help and a wee bit of REAL direction from KW and gang may be a better placibo than............"take care of loved ones"! If I seem a bit miffed, d*mned skippy! IF there was a settlement made between the NSers and CMKX long ago, WHY WORRY ABOUT THE GF CLAUSE? IF the GF CLAUSE was/is the holdup, TELL US KW! IT CAN'T BE BOTH WAYS! And OH BTW Abad, as much as I like your passion and DD, IMO you are wrong about having NS certs! Gee, that would be against the law! millionaires.proboards86.com/index.cgi?board=main&action=display&thread=1182189870
