Just look at the SEC files and in a PR from 7/19/2004 CMKM Diamonds, Inc
7/19/2004 CMKM Diamonds, Inc., to invest in Casavant International Mining, Inc. Declares Dividend For Shareholders LAS VEGAS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--July 19, 2004--CMKM Diamonds, Inc. Would be one of them that we are to get.
So lets look at George Lake Zinc Deposit and where it is and how will that mean
Anything to us on that day CIM got $1 millon dollars and George Lake Zinc Deposit
www.ir.gov.sk.ca/dbsearch/MinDepositQuery/Default.asp?ID=0663 Did Mr. Emerson Koch sole owner/CIM put the George Lake Zinc Deposit in

Look at the past owners of the claims
1997 On 21 May, M. Lederhouse staked the showing as S-105626 for
Petro Plus Inc.
2002 In March, Odaat Inc. completed a ground magnetic survey over the
deposit (AF 64E05-0032) but this work remains confidential.
2003 On 3 January the disposition was transferred to Odaat Inc. and on
6 January Odaat transferred the property to 1018609 Alberta Ltd.
2007 The property was transferred to 101083503 Saskatchewan Ltd
Is this the same claims that CIM got from Cmkm Diamonda back in 7/19/2004
In the report they refur to the claims as the George Lake Deposit on page 31
And now they call it George Lake Zinc Zone,

CMKM PR of 9-19-2003
fbruhm.proboards3.com/index.cgi?board=CMKX&action=display&n=1&thread=1106973573 Casavant Mining Zinc Claims Overview
The Company also has zinc claims that include the original George Lake zinc deposit (also known as Brakewell Lake). The George Lake area has had numerous diamond drilling, airborne electro magnetic surveying, geological, magnetometor, surficial geology and soil sample surveys conducted on these claims, from the late 1960's, to the early 1990's, after diamond drilling was completed in 1969 to 1970, an ore reserve calculation was released and recorded on Saskatchewan mineral deposit index #0663 of the Saskatchewan industry and resources website. The ore reserve was stated and estimated to be 5,000,000 tons of low grade reserves at 1% to 2.65% and 2,900,000 tons high grade reserves at 2% to 3.67%.

check out who did the report in 2003.
thats right ol urbie in petro plus
/////////////////////
so they had the claims in petro plus urban skips out on those shareholders and takes the claims.
sells em to cmkx but keeps em in kochs name
then sells em again to cmkm to be given to cim
but keeps em in kochs name
cmkm then defaults on the claims they bought in 2003
even though cim was supposed to own them.
koch takes them back and sells em to golden arch resources which casavant and clan have already front loaded on stock placements
