Thats some mighty powerful accusations, but if I am reading this right, they are only asking for about $120,000 in cash, am I blind or what?? Well, what with me now being married to a paralegal, and being involved in many trials, my take is this: Each accusation and request for relief asks for a MINIMUM of $10,000 or AT LEAST that sum. This probably means that the Nevada state law requires that you ask for relief by way of a minimum of $10,000 or a ceiling of greater than $10,000 which could mean vastly more than what Mannychick thinks.... Hi Manny... How is you?? JR
