Jump to msg. # lefty that is possible but more likely is that we came to terms long ago, john edwards was outed from the stock and made to deal, and along the way the countefeiters settled at different times and some never settled. Bill was part of the plan the whole time and didn't really work for the shareholders but for the operation, but as part of such took care of the shareholders. He is now and was working with non-disclosures and roger glenn on worked with the sec to right the wrongs of cmkx and pay us damages. The rightful owners of certs will move on with the land as since the sec knew about everything sean hackman on it was they who are responsible for us not losing our amazing land, they did, bill did.
You have to admit it makes no sense what bill did and said after he knew everything. It makes no sense the sec letting this happen after they knew everything. Bill and the sec and roger and the team better have been working on a sting, right lefty, or there is some serious problems with all of them. Those that say you don't need to sue the sec are thinking they worked with us roger glenn on, and all the top sec people quit during that time, everyone!
If we didn't work with them on this, they are all guilty, including bill, that will be sad but is remotely possible. Bill agreeing with everything the sec is doing says those deals will work out for us

Bud also used them many times then tried to cover up his words, but you again could never make that mistake knowing the shareholders were hanging on every word and heard that it was a sting through noahltl, who also was part of columbo.

i like to think in a different mindset (some would call this a different spin.lol)...
"we" will know the truth, just won't know the answers behind the truth. the exception being the answers for "PUBLIC VIEW FOR JOE" b/k/a MF's book, soon to be released in 2006.lol
i get $$ = "i know, you know"
...but joe don't no shcitt..except what he's told.
as planned no doubt!
Have A Great Night!
i'm still treading water here after nine years in the chase of a lifetime (chasing shorty)....the only difference is that now the water is only three feet deep and i'm six foot tall....much easier to see "below the surface". "we wait", but i'm not going to get to worked up as it's been a very long hard journey and i plan to arrive safe & secure away from the sharks.

This stock HAS VALUE... so don't let the so-called conditioned word to let you think that way! VALUE brought us this far... VALUE knocked the market on its knees or is it the floor! VALUE is what this is or the SEC wouldn't be playing all these games and we wouldnt be SEEING it occur after we have thought about it for years. Its OUR SCRIPT being played out ! V A L U E.... I think this may be one of the LAST SCENES to be played out possibly...May 13, 2008 -- Banking analyst Meredith Whitney blasted Citigroup's turnaround plan yesterday, saying the financial giant is so deep in a [glow=red,2,300]black hole[/glow] that even renown physicist Stephen Hawking could not help the ailing company. "We wish [Citi's] management team all the best in their ambitious endeavors, but we fear [it] is past the point of fixing," quipped the Oppenheimer analyst known for her forecast that the company would slash its dividend. The biting remarks, in the form of a research note to clients, came on the heels of Citi's long-awaited turnaround plan, unveiled by the bank's executive team on Friday. In a nearly four-hour presentation with investors and analysts, CEO Vikram Pandit said the bank aims to get rid of $400 billion in noncore assets but otherwise rejected calls to boost the stock by spinning off units. Instead, Pandit outlined plans to further integrate the conglomerate by doing away with overlapping technology systems, among other changes. Whitney gave Pandit's presentation two thumbs down, saying it was "glaringly light on actual mechanics," and "almost identical to one given by former CEO Chuck Prince about a year and a half ago." Prince, who was dethroned for his role in Citi's mortgage-related losses, stepped down days after Whitney issued her infamous prediction about Citi's dividend and placed an "underperform" rating on Citi's already battered stock. Whitney agreed Citi's "antiquated and disparate" technology systems need work, but expressed skepticism about Pandit's plans to pull it off in tough financial times. Similar efforts at JPMorgan Chase and Wells Fargo were "extremely disruptive and expensive," she said. Whitney also predicted, in an interview with Bloomberg yesterday, that Citi will be forced to sell major businesses by the end of this year or early next year, and specifically pointed to Banamex, a Mexican bank Citi bought in 2001. She also recommended investors sell their shares, which closed up a penny at $23.64 in New York Stock Exchange trading. "The credit outlooks and the loss assumptions for banks across the board are way too low," Whitney said. "The outlook for earnings across the board is going to be much worse than people expect." kaja.whitehouse@nypost.com www.nypost.com/php/pfriendly/print.phpwww.fourwinds10.com/siterun_data/government/banking_and_taxation_irs/news.php?q=1211218784...Flying Moose(cmkxunofficial)

Arrogance can blind a person to the reality of defeat, when that person has never experienced defeat before. They'll fight on, even when mortally wounded, until the inevitable finally catches up with the shear will of the spirit - and they fall. The bad guys simply could not believe that lil ol CMKX would not succumb to their onslaught...their cellar-boxing...their blatant manipulation. They had the bashers out in full force too. What they didn't realize was Urban had formed an army of uninformed, uninitiated, stock market neophytes (for the most part), who didn't know when to lie down and die...so we didn't! And as it turns out, we didn't have to die after all! Seems we actually got better. As least better enough to fight these turds, and actually win! I think that if CMKX had been pitched to just experienced day traders, the volume of naked shorts would never have reached the 2+ trillion frizz claims to have proved. It's the pitch to us ignorant ones that did the bad guys in. We bought it all, and then bought THEM all...all the naked shorts that were offered. Then UC, IBM and DS locked all of us in, for the kill of the bad guys. And that seems to be where we are. the dead ones are walking dead and don't even realize it's time to fall over. john3339 DIAMOND JEDI WARLORD My wife told me to inform you - CMKX related « Thread Started Today at 5:29pm » -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- I personally hesitate because I don't want to be a rumor-monger or be considered a guru. But, here it comes. I just called the transfer agent for the revoked CMKX, to make sure my address was up to date, and to check on the other certs I have for other companies. (SGGM doesn't have a TA any more BTW) Anyway, I asked about why she would need a current address for a company that's been revoked for over two years. She told me it was needed "just in case the company wanted to send out a newsletter or something". I repeated, and asked what kind of newsletter would they want to send out after being revoked for two years? She again said it was just in case...a newsletter or something. Well, those two words are JUST two words...but I told my wife and she said I should tell you all. What do you all think "or something" means in this context, considering everything else that's been happening recently? Gosh, do you think the tyler boys are going to start sending us newsletters??? Hmmmm...if they can't afford to publish a real PR, do you think they can afford to mail out a newsletter? Maybe we're finally going to get proxy ballots??? DOES make one wonder. imo, john millionaires.proboards86.com/index.cgi?board=main&action=display&thread=19966 stormgrey43 DIAMOND JEDI MASTER Re: My wife told me to inform you - CMKX related « Reply #6 Today at 6:14pm » -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- I just hope we get that DARN newsletter!!!!!!
