By: kilroy.killbasher 19 May 2008, 06:28 PM EDT Msg. 721775 of 721854 (This msg. is a reply to 721704 by david_stevens.) Jump to msg. # Those who can, do. Those who can't criticize others under the pretense of teaching or some rare perversion. What some portray as a perversion in which they relish the belittlement of others is really a psychic disorder in which they vainly try to veil their own financial destitution by "critiquing" others. They can't play the game, so they just bark insults from the bleachers. They think this way they can't lose. Oh, really?
Who's the REAL losers here? On one hand you have some penny stock speculators who took a long-shot gamble and (presumably) lost their "wager" possibly due to a "foul tip sheet" by some "bogus handicappers" (jail 'em!). On the other hand you have non-financially interested parties spending an inordinate amount of their lives on a public message board of a long-revoked stock (again, they never owned) guised as market savvy, successful people who are either: (a) on a mission to clean up the market by tongue-lashing scam victims into staying out of the market, or (b) victims themselves of a (apparently pandemic) perversion under which you are compelled to chastise and belittle those who lost some money on an issue you never owned for a chronically needed ego boost.
As outlandish as those last two options sound, that is exactly what has been proposed by the kings of bashing, Greedy Malone (in the case of "a" above) and Jonas (in the case of "b"). If they are indeed one of these two options, then I pity them for their dysfunctional lives. When all other alternatives have been logically eliminated, what you are left with is the truth. If they are what they have said, then they have risked years of their lives being involuntarily institutionalized in exchange for mere posting pittance. I'm not in this issue either, but it would seem to me that they have lost much more than most who took a long-shot gamble and lost some money.
All market criminals should go to jail, whether they received money from a pump and dump operation, or were compensated by those who would benefit from an outcome detrimental to the issue for performance of illegal peripheral activity. JMHO.

Fact... it was $1.54 from somebody else that I heard through. Fact... it was stated for CMKX. They were sent out three weeks ago, now what happens to 'em, them are the facts. Musicman added, "I think we've established just because they were sent out doesn't necessarily mean they were put in the post office box, It may have been where they were, I mean it takes a while to put a packet like that together, and wherever they were for distribution, wherever that ends up on how that happens, who knows?" Spudy more or less closed by saying, "And also there's a card in that packet." Someone else said, "They can't have the addresses on them because they would be changing all the time, so it's a huge operation..." millionaires.proboards86.com/index.cgi?board=main&action=display&thread=19960

Might I suggest you direct them specifically to Pedro, Phx, and/or Nufced. There is no question that that particular triumvirate has been given access to Tyler's talking points. My sense is that you will here something along the lines that "look at the bottom of the page"...the investigation is still ongoing.
I still find it quite interesting the both Urban and Edwards had the ability to retain two very capable, former Division of Enforcement attorneys. Sometimes I guess it is better to be lucky than good?
On an unrelated note, I did receive formal word yesterday that Nevada officials WILL NOT initiate an investigation into CMKM at this juncture. The reasoning provided by officials in Nev. involved the number of victims in multiple states, use of mail, violations of federal law. Federal jurisdiction only.?
